    To my HuskerBoard family, I love this board and its easily the best board in HuskerNation. However, I will be taking a break from posting as someone very close to me has been battling a terrible eating disorder for 8 years. She had a slip up this past week and landed in the hospital. I ask that you keep her in your prayers as she intends to finally beat this disease. I will be in touch.

    I don't mean for this to be taken the wrong way, but there is literally no excuse for the LAPD to have opened fire on multiple civilians in this case. They should be ashamed.

      They were wrong, period. The truck was the wrong color and wrong make. They have now offered to buy her a new truck. They know they are wrong. I hope the LAPD gets their dumbass sued over this. And the officers that shot should be immediately fired.

      Huskerthor-- He cant switch trucks? In the heat of the moment, fear can cloud judgement. My assumption is they pulled these people over and the people didnt do as they were told or acted suspicious--doesnt give the right to unload on the truck, but again, fear is a crazy thing. Huskerthor, you have no idea what it is like to be a cop.

      No I don't know what it is like. So because he may have switched vehicles the cops should just start shooting? Two women driving, delivering newspapers, had their lights off as to not disturb the neighborhood. These guys roll up and start blasting.

      I'm all for it as well. But this event and Spring Game is totally dependent on weather. Odds are there will be some sort of wind, rain, snow for the game. Conditions have to be just about perfect for people to attend. I will make sure if there are enough people the board will chip in resources. Promise..... good luck and let me know what we are looking at.

    Had enough of these safety drills at work. So I put my steel bowl of noodles with a fork in it covered in aluminum foil in the microwave and placed it on high. I want to see people's true colors under REAL adverse conditions. I WANNA SEE GAME FACES!!!!!!!!!
