Plenty of time to close the talent gap /s

Most people on the West coast see Nebraska the same as North Dakota. Crap weather, nothing to do, no big cities, no mountains, no ocean, no pro teams, mostly white people, and a red state. Cali is literally the opposite of all those things.

This staff needs to win more if they want to bring in top players. Happy they are going after the big dogs, but winning cures all.

Maybe they were doing us a favor by NOT sending us to the line...

I actually agree with what he did. Shaking hands is a sign of sportsmanship and by no means required. It's a given at the end of the game that you let the clock run out if it's the last possession. North Dakota lacked sportsmanship, so he didn't see the need to reciprocate.

I understand the eye for an eye thinking, but who is he proving a point to? No one. He is the one looking like a dbag again, not ND for playing it out.

Easy to focus on the few who don't play in bowls. Should tip your hat to those that are sure fire picks that do play in bowl games. Kid has every right to look to the future and what is best for him.

And it is the sun bowl. USC about didn't show up to that bowl as a team one year. They missed the team activities and we're scolded for it.

If this continues to become a thing, NCAA should strongly consider allowing RS's to play in Bowl games.

His dad played in the NFL so unless he blew all of his money it's not like his family would not be able to travel to multiple games each year. Something else must be going on.

Having the ability to travel to multiple games and doing so is a different thing. It would probably get old taking a 2-3 connection flight to Omaha, and rent a car and then drive to Lincoln multiple times a year.

The only excuse I give to Jayskers is if they're not from here but like the football team and Creighton basketball team. Still weird, but at least defensible.

On a neutral field, I'll take 1995 Nebraska over 2016 Alabama, and I'll spot the Tide 14 points.

Neb against top ten teams at the time of game, AND that finished in top ten. Avg 49-18 win. And we didnt have a close game against a team that went 5-7.

This is a fantastic higher for them. Really impressive.

Purdue is going to become the Texas Tech of the Big Ten.
