Kid is a beast. Can see him playing this year. Like to see him as a peso-type. Could be dangerous as hell on the occasional blitz. Link to comment
Warrior10
Dan Hoppen @danhoppen4m Coach Papuchis: "I think some way, somehow, Nate Gerry is going to play football for us and be a pretty good football player this year. Link to comment
NebraskaHarry
I certainly hope he plays more than just special teams. A lot more. Link to comment
irieboy8
my ideal situation in the 'lots more' category Link to comment
HuskerFowler
He would have been a five star in Texas or Florida. Unreal combination of size and speed. 2 Link to comment
lilred
It seems like he is going to be one of the top athletes in the secondary. I wouldn't be opposed to see him playing this year. Link to comment
HuskerFowler
How bout we let him get in the game before we crown him the greatest thing since sliced bread? No one said he was the greatest thing since anything, said he has an unreal combination of size and speed. On measurables and stats alone he is an elite 5 star athlete IMO Link to comment

No one said he was the greatest thing since anything, said he has an unreal combination of size and speed. On measurables and stats alone he is an elite 5 star athlete IMO I have high hopes for Gerry, but if u just evaluate guys on measurables then you are probably thinkin kenzo cotton Is a 5 star kid based on measurables. I don't see kenzo as a div 1 kid, but He is faster than Gerry and has great size too. Lets see how he plays against great competition. Again, I think this kid will be a player but we will see how quickly that happens. Link to comment
NebraskaHarry
If Gerry lives up to the expectations he will be a great player for the nickel spot in the Peso much like Hagg. Considering our defensive struggles against mobile QB's, Gerry's combination of size (220lb) and speed (4.4-40) could be a big piece of the puzzle to our defense. Link to comment
RedRedJarvisRedwine
I predict he will be the gnats ass and the bees knees! Maybe even the cats meow or the cool side of the pillow! Link to comment

On measurables and stats alone he is an elite 5 star athlete IMO It's a figure of speech man...you do know what that is right? So I'll ignore your first sentence. I say before everyone thinks Gerry is going to be amazing...we wait and see what we hear coming out of camp. Link to comment
Chaddyboxer
Nathan Gerry = badassery. I think he is going to remind us of Mr. Janovich and get playing time right away....not just on special teams. Link to comment
Mavric
Nathan Gerry = badassery. I think he is going to remind us of Mr. Gavonich and get playing time right away....not just on special teams. I'm assuming Mr. Janovich unless that's someone from a lot farther back. Link to comment
