Basically saying everything I've been thinking. That his drive for perfection has took some fun out of the game for the team and caused them to play with hesitancy instead of using instincts. I like hearing that, and I'm interested in what he comes up with to turn the guys loose.

The misuse of Cross is disappointing. He's a guy we should lean on when we're up 3 scores.

I don't think its the scheme either. PLayers are in position, most of the time, but don't make plays. THey made those same plays in the first half - so its not talent. As with most of our loses, its coaching (are lack of). We lack the ability to motivate our players on Defense. Bo lacks motivational skills and so does Pap. Carl P may not be a good coach, but his defenses tend to play harder and with an attitude.

It's tough Shark. I'm on the same page as you. I thought these young guns would show a little more fire, but there's definitely a psychological issue more than anything within the program. No fire. no passion. Too much nicey nice.

Well problem is when we do show fire it ends up in a roughing the passer penalty. But yes not sure what needs to happen but something needs to change

The offense was much more dissappointing than the D. I expected the type of mistakes that we saw from the D. No excuse for some of the boneheaded things on the offensive side.

Count me as one who has never one time been impressed with either Josh Mitchell or Ciante Evans. Jonathon Rose is our best CB.
