Kudos Tony for saying it out loud - after all the complaining about the penis ads I a bit disappointed at the lack of contributions.

I look at it this way. If I go to a restaurant, I go there because the food is good and the wait staff is friendly.. When I'm done I get a bill. I don't expect the owners of the place to pay for the building and the food so I can eat free. This is where I get the bulk of my Husker info and I would miss it if it was gone.

I forgot to add that I coat both sides of my steak or any red meat with seasoned salt and fresh ground pepper.

New York Strip, pink all the way through. Sometimes as is, sometimes I like it marinated in a mix of red wine vinegar, Italian dressing, and teriyaki. Maybe a little bit of A1 but I never put it directly on the meat.

Saw a couple pictures on Facebook. 1/3 of the damned crowd was playing with their phones.

That might have been when the band said to "light" your phones to honor the lead singer of "Asia" who passed away in January. I'm ok with 80% of the original band and a new lead singer who does very well with the vocals. Sadly Steve P's time has come and gone. Few 80's bands continue with the same lineup.

I liked the 3 albums that were released prior to Steve Perry's arrival. If you listened to them you would ask yourself is this the same band?

These NCAA refs have been terrible. They are missing flagrant fouls and calling ticky tack fouls that just hold up the game. Blah!

I haven't watched it in a few years, but it is a little fun to see guys like LeBron do some crazy dunks after refusing to enter contest entire career. It is just entertainment, not a spectacle of "good basketball."

While I think (and hope) our recruits will hold on, they will have to poach someone to fill his slot. On another note I find it odd that 5 star recruits are taking OV's a week before signing day.

Do you think that some of the WR recruits can pack 200 lbs on them so we can have some linemen?

5' 9" and 350 lbs might not be exactly what we want :-) but it's a thought!

Tim Beck left to go to Texas. I would think the QB coach would be less important than an OC and he would be the one waiting.

Did you see JT Barrett throw the ball the last few games? At this point in time I think a QB coach is one of the most important people on the staff. I have to imagine that OSU is doing due diligence investigating Wilson's past. Also, they still have Ed Warinner, the current OC, on staff. The last time OSU lost to Clemson they made staff changes like this and the next year they won the NC. I am not saying they will win it next year but they saw a problem and they are attempting to fix it.

No kidding. I used to to think it was annoying only because theY may have been beating us at the time. Now I realize it's because they never stop playing it.

I'm not really judging them. Sadly these problems are endemic to most colleges and universities. When it happens to the school you root for it just seems bigger.

huKSer....I know what you mean. I'm sure someone college age would look at these seniors meets and laugh. Last year at the National Meet in Minneapolis the mens age 60-64 (my age group) had a winning time of 6.68 in the 50 M and 8th place was 7.22. The 100 M final was won in 11.91. These are guys nearing retirement age.
