hahah Iowa was terrible at the end of the year.

Even though we beat Texas a few years ago, this just feels different. I gotta go back to some of the Kansas wins in the early 90's to find the feeling of excitement and hope that I have now.

it was an important win, but they just played so well. they are a really fun team to watch. those other big wins always felt fluky, this feels real.

And that's what makes this one so much bigger. That we know this isnt some fly-by-night flukish upset. We know that this is an indication of the long haul. That this team really is this good.

As much as I'd like to see a tourney bid, this team is probably more suited to play some home games in the NIT. But I'm more than willing to let them find a way to prove me wrong
