I like soccer but no one cares about the MLS and this isn't even the MLS.

@funhusker my son was excited for soccer until he started playing it. He played for a couple seasons, and we had to make him show up the last season. Man, that sucked. But he's now playing baseball, and he loves it. I think it's mostly because he doesn't like to run very far and likes goofing around in the dugout.

It's not the first time someone tried to make pro soccer a thing in Omaha....and it likely won't be the last.

I'm not even going to get out of any yard work.

The rest of it is about him growing into his leadership role last season and continuing through the spring. Talks about his confidence but not letting that turn into c$%kiness, etc.

At least the kiddos can go back school now.

I wish I felt sorry for her, but I don't. Mental illness is a real thing but we're better off without people like this breathing.

I just hope the coverage of her doesn't spark copycats to attack schools and carry out her wishes.  Already danger of that due to 20th anniversary of Columbine this week.

I get it but clearly this does nothing to stop coaches from acting like bitches.  So make it simple.  Anything that happens after the game, like this did, results in a forfeit of a home game.

He's the most obvious transfer candidate, but he's a senior so unless he could be immediately eligible it doesn't make a lot of sense for him to transfer.

@MLB 51 maybe...But it wasn't flagged on Goff and NE's line kept them off of Brady for most of the night so we'll never know.  But there were a couple "low shots" on Brady in the first half that weren't called.  I actually liked the way the refs called it with slow flags.  It's amazing how cerebral the game can get when the refs don't give the offenses free first downs.

Refs missed a PI on New England that could have made a huge difference, would have put LA in decent position to try and tie.  Of course Goff may have just missed another open receiver again anyway, so whatevs.

and the refs missed several headlock holds committed against the NE D-Line.  Overall it was a fairly well officiated game
