You have little to no reading comprehension do you? I said, "He could easily have said" Not he should have said, not he needed to say, but he could easily have said. Did I put words in his mouth? Nope. But I have an opinion on what I would have said in his position is I wanted to stay in Nebraska. Am I not allowed that?

 

Easy to say when you're not up there after a loss and people have been calling for your job for over a year. Just like its easy for us to question a play call after the fact.

He's acted like a dick to the media since day one. His first act of business was pissing gasoline all over that bridge and lighting it on fire.

 

This "us against them" mentality that he has spread to his staff and the team became a self-fulfilling prophecy.

My only actual fear on if Bo is fired is how the players react. They love Bo, they go up to bat for him after every loss, I've never seen a coach with such a strong relationship with his players no matter what.

It's irrelevant to modern college football, honestly. I'm sick of Nebraska having to be "the class acts of football". Doesn't work anymore.

I cannot disagree with this comment in any way. I think the $7MM+ buyout is more than worth the continued damage being done to the personal self-worth of all the fans (and players) who live and die Nebraska football.

I thought the odds of firing Bo were actually pretty slim before this game, win or lose.

 

 

After watching that presser... I think he's gone. That was awful. That was a presser that could get him in trouble not just with the Athletic Department but with the conference.
