Warrior10
Where's Kondolo and Givens Price?.....lack of WR talent showing. We do have good receivers and need to get the ball to them and allow them to make plays. At this point I would rather see Tommy throw the ball down 40 yards and attempt to get a big play while risking an INT than playing this small ball that is getting us nowhere. If we can convert a couple long plays, that opens up the playbook. We did with Turner, Bell and Burtch. Now we have 1 semi-proven WR and then no one who's done anything to this point in their career (they're young) Quote Link to comment
lo country
Take away two plays and the defense is matching the Spartan defense. The problem is Beck calling the same two running plays that Narduzzi has on tape for five straight games. Not difficult to prepare for that. And please no more bubble screens to a receiver with cadaver ligaments in his knee. Use DPE there. I said earlier today, that for years I thought we would "show something different" then the game comes and we do the same crap. That's who we are. The shoe take what they give us is just BS. Some times Beck guesses right and looks good. Even a broken clock is right twice a day But then we do something different and you bitch that we have no identity. Can you make up your mind? There is a difference in no identity i.e. we do nothing well and using the strength of the team i.e. power game. Jumbo package, PA, draw, misdirection. My mind is made up. Beck is clueless. Our identity is to crap the bed. My comment above is I always made allowances for our mistakes or lack of success on we were "holding back". I have come to realize that we don't hold back. The crap we often times see is amply what we are and the best we have. Our identity needs to be a power run team. Sure as sh!t can't pass. Hope this clears is up for you. tell Tim I say hello and good luck at KU Quote Link to comment
louisianared
Hail Varsity @HailVarsity 32s32 seconds ago The last time Nebraska was shut out in the first half was Missouri in 2009. #Huskers Nebraska 27 Mizzou 12 Quote Link to comment
hskrfan4life
So when Nebraska comes back can everyone who wants to call the game now send me $5? Game isn't over its Four quarters not two. Adjustments can be made. Are you going to send everyone 5 bucks when Nebraska doesn't come back? Beck is clueless. He has no answers. The online falls down before the snap and whiffs blocks consistently. TA is throwing the ball into the dirt. How do you know he has no answers? Do you have a crystal ball that shows beck is just going to start throwing the ball around? Don't call anything until the final whistle blows. That's what upsets me about some people. It's called a consistent pattern...Ah consistent pattern gotcha. So we lose every game got it. Has that been a consistent pattern? Since 1997! But consistent patterns can never broken though. Dr. Mantis Toboggan
Guys, we just need to go to buffalo wild wings and have a bartender do something to help us win.Hmm... Can we have one of the dead bodies under MSU's stadium to grab and twist Cools leg? YES!!! The bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings is an ex necromancer!!! Quote Link to comment
Notre Dame Joe
underdog on the road, cannot afford stupid mistakes. Quote Link to comment

The Duke
MSU not impressing me. Our O is just that bad IMO. So is our defense. I miss our overly aggressive defensive scheme under McBride. For one thing it was fun to watch, but secondly and more importantly our players never felt like they were playing passive. They were the aggressors. They were the ones dictating what the offense could or couldn't do. Charlie himself has said he couldn't run the same defense today, specifically with letting the ends go upfield with reckless abandoned. That does make sense, especially with the way teams spread you out now, and also the way they use the up-tempo no huddle. It's just that defense was so damn fun to watch! Ah memories. Ziebol
I would rather watch reruns of JAG than watch our offense right now. Quote Link to comment
