roadrat
Wasn't the UCF game the one where Nebraska crowd booed Frost came back on the field when Frankie London just led the big red to a touchdown? Husker fans are comical. 1 Link to comment

It's not confirmed that it was a team meeting. This happened around 1:30 p.m., two hours before the "scheduled" start of Tuesday practice (for those of you that played high school/college sports, you know that if you're not a half hour early, you're late). There is no confirmation that it was an "emergency" meeting either, so it very well could have been a direction to just show up early to the facility for a pre-practice meeting. Since the players who received the notification were seniors, keep in mind that Friday is their last game. From how I've understood it in the past - could be wrong - they plan out the Senior Day festivities early in the week and typically don't take time out of the day-before-game walkthrough. Probably just a meeting to go over what they're doing at the game for Senior Day Link to comment

Hayseed
I’d be okay with it if Mr Moos and the gang thought there was a better option and went a different way.....that’s why they were hired, to decide those kinds of things. I don’t think they should feel intimidated by internet bullies, trolls , and clickbait specialists. I feel different about Moos because of the way he was chosen. The mob has had way too much say since the advent of antisocial media. I think the admin has a good feel for what fans want and what is best for the school. Link to comment

This is the first time I have given a date for the hiring on a specific day. I feel confident on it so I am saying it goes down on Sunday (according to that poster that I am in agreement with). The news that broke today is based on a misinformation thrust to throw people off. There is no evidence that Chip and UCLA is a potential thing. You’ll change everything tomorrow. whatd you and your husband have for dinner? Link to comment

Well it may depending on who they hire to replace Sumlin. I think the candidate to watch out for is Taggart at Oregon. I've heard, just from national media, that Texas AM is interested in Jimbo Fisher. If Fisher takes the Aggies job then that opens up Florida State. If Florida ends up with Chip Kelly that could mean the Seminoles go after Taggart who was very successful down in the state of Florida, is from Florida, and from what I've read there may be some questioning on if he really likes it at Oregon. This then turns to if Taggart leaves Oregon, the Ducks are looking for a head coach and would they offer Frost? Frost was successful at Oregon. Link to comment
krc1995
Why would Fisher leave FSU? And wow, the domino effect is scary Link to comment
