Kerry Cooks is his lead recruiter on staff at OU. Stoops is secondary recruiter. 1 Quote Link to comment

I think we might have a better chance to keep some of the recruits if they like the new hire in lieu of keeping Riley. Great journalism. Well done I thought that, from the start, that the Land of 10 "diaries" they're doing with Radley-Hiles would look foolish when he ended up going someplace other than Nebraska. I dont see why they need to hold up their end of the bargain and stay committed.
