  1. 1991 "You know, it doesn't really matter what [the media] write as long as you've got a young and beautiful piece of a$$." 1992 Katarina Witt: "Wonderful looking while on the ice but up close and personal, she could only be described as attractive if you like a woman with a bad complexion who is built like a linebacker". In an interview with New York Magazine, Trump uttered this charming phrase about women: 'You have to treat 'em like s----'. 1994 “I have days where, if I come home — and I don't want to sound too much like a chauvinist,” the President said, “but when I come home and dinner's not ready, I go through the roof.” “I think that putting a wife to work is a very dangerous thing,” said Trump. “Unfortunately, after they're a star, the fun is over for me. It's like a creation process. It's almost like creating a building. It's pretty sad.” "Well, I think that she's got a lot of Marla. She's a really beautiful baby, and she's got Marla's legs." Motioning to his chest, Trump added: "We don't know whether she's got this part yet, but time will tell." 1997 “There are basically three types of women and reactions (to prenumpts). One is the good woman who very much loves her future husband, solely for himself, but refuses to sign the agreement on principle. I fully understand this, but the man should take a pass anyway and find someone else. The other is the calculating woman who refuses to sign the prenuptial agreement because she is expecting to take advantage of the poor, unsuspecting sucker she’s got in her grasp. There is also the woman who will openly and quickly sign a prenuptial agreement in order to make a quick hit and take the money given to her.” ‘How are you going to change the pageant?’ I said ‘I’m going to get the bathing suits to be smaller and the heels to be higher’.” He later added: "If you’re looking for a rocket scientist, don’t tune in tonight, but if you’re looking for a really beautiful woman, you should watch.” "Women have one of the great acts of all time. The smart ones act very feminine and needy, but inside they are real killers. The person who came up with the expression 'the weaker sex' was either very naive or had to be kidding. I have seen women manipulate men with just a twitch of their eye — or perhaps another body part." "There's nothing I love more than women, but they're really a lot different than portrayed. They are far worse than men, far more aggressive, and boy, can they be smart!" 1999 “I have a deal with her. She’s 17 and doing great ― Ivanka. She made me promise, swear to her that I would never date a girl younger than her,” Trump said. “So as she grows older, the field is getting very limited.” '"I think the only difference between me and the other candidates is that I'm more honest and my women are more beautiful." 2003 "You know who's one of the great beauties of the world, according to everybody? And I helped create her. Ivanka. My daughter, Ivanka. She's 6 feet tall, she's got the best body. She made a lot money as a model—a tremendous amount" 2004 "All of the women on The Apprentice flirted with me - consciously or unconsciously. That's to be expected." "You never get to the face because the body's so good." "What do you think of Lindsay Lohan? There's something there, right? But you have to like freckles. I've seen a close-up of her chest. And a lot of freckles. Are you into freckles? ... She's probably deeply troubled, and therefore great in bed. How come the deeply troubled women — deeply, deeply troubled — they're always the best in bed?" “It's certainly not groundbreaking news that the early victories by the women on The Apprentice were, to a very large extent, dependent on their sex appeal." 2005 When asked if he would stay with her if she was disfigured in a car crash: "How do the breasts look?" On whether he's had sex with a black woman: "Well, it depends on what your definition of black is." "I've got to use some Tic Tacs, just in case I start kissing her. You know I'm automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything ... Grab them by the pu&&y. You can do anything." 2006 “If Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.” “Rosie O'Donnell is disgusting, both inside and out. If you take a look at her, she's a slob. How does she even get on television? If I were running The View, I'd fire Rosie. I'd look her right in that fat, ugly face of hers and say, 'Rosie, you're fired.' We're all a little chubby but Rosie's just worse than most of us. But it's not the chubbiness - Rosie is a very unattractive person, both inside and out. Rosie's a person who's very lucky to have her girlfriend. And she better be careful or I'll send one of my friends over to pick up her girlfriend, why would she stay with Rosie if she had another choice?" "Can you imagine the parents of Kelli ... when she said, 'Mom, Dad, I just fell in love with a big, fat pig named Rosie?'" 2007 "Beauty and elegance, whether in a woman, a building, or a work of art, is not just superficial or something pretty to see." “I really understand beauty. And I will tell you, she's not - I do own Miss Universe. I do own Miss USA. I mean I own a lot of different things. I do understand beauty, and she's not." "They’ll walk up, and they’ll flip their top, and they’ll flip their panties.” Trump added that he had 'been with women with extraordinarily bad breast jobs' and 'pancake tits'. He finished by saying that any woman who has a breast reduction is 'insane'. 2008 "So when he had plenty of money, she liked him. But then after that, not as good, right? "Oftentimes when I was sleeping with one of the top women in the world I would say to myself, thinking about me as a boy from Queens, 'Can you believe what I am getting?'" 2010 “He asked the men to rate the women - he went down the line and asked the guys, ‘Who’s the most beautiful on the women’s team?’" Gene Folkes, a 46-year-old financial adviser, said: “I think it was most uncomfortable when he had one [female] contestant come around the board table and twirl around.” 2011 Trump was in court testifying in a deposition over a failed Florida real estate project when lawyer Elizabeth Beck asked to take a break to breastfeed her three-month old daughter. The property mogul and his team objected, so she pulled out her breast pump to prove it. In an incident that Trump "does not dispute", he walked out of the room, telling Beck she was "disgusting". After New York Times columnist Gail Collins wrote about rumours of Trump’s bankruptcy, he sent her a copy of her own article, with her picture circled and "the face of a dog!" scrawled across it. 2012 Ariana Huffman is unattractive both inside and out. I fully understand why her former husband left her for a man- he made a good decision. Asked by Williams what she and her father had in common, Ivanka replied "either real estate or golf." Trump said: "Well, I was going to say sex, but I can't relate that to her" - pointing at his mortified daughter "Cher is somewhat of a loser. She's lonely. She's unhappy. She's very miserable." "I promise not to talk about your massive plastic surgeries that didn't work." "BetteMidler talks about my hair but I'm not allowed to talk about her ugly face or body --- so I won't. Is this a double standard?" [ 2013 "26,000 unreported sexual assaults in the military-only 238 convictions. What did these geniuses expect when they put men & women together? "She's certainly not hot." "Does she have a good body? No. Does she have a fat a$$? Absolutely." 2014 To a female reporter: "We could say, politically correct, that look doesn't matter, but the look obviously matters. Like you wouldn't have your job if you weren't beautiful." 2015 How much money is the extremely unattractive (both inside and out) Arianna Huffington paying her poor ex-hubby for the use of his name? "If Hillary can't satisfy her husband why would anybody think she could satisfy America?" "Fox viewers give low marks to bimbo @MegynKelly will consider other programs!" "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever." “Heidi Klum. Sadly, she’s no longer a 10.” "Look at that face. Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next next President? I mean, she's a woman, and I'm not supposed to say bad things, but really, folks, come on. Are we serious?" "She got schlonged." On Clinton taking a bathroom break at a Democratic debate: "I know where she went, it's disgusting, I don't want to talk about it … No, it's too disgusting. Don't say it, it's disgusting." 2016 "Amazing that Crooked Hillary can do a hit ad on me concerning women when her husband was the WORST abuser of woman in U.S. political history" "She was the winner and she gained a massive amount of weight, and it was real problem for us." "If she were a man, I don't think she'd get five percent of the vote." "Did Crooked“Now, somebody who a lot of people don’t give credit to but in actuality is really beautiful is Paris Hilton. I’ve known Paris Hilton from the time she’s 12, her parents are friends of mine, and the first time I saw her she walked into the room and I said, ‘Who the hell is that?’” Hillary help disgusting (check out sex tape and past) Alicia M become a U.S. citizen so she could use her in the debate?" "Such a nasty woman." 2017 "Go ahead. Come here, come here. Where are you from? We have all of this beautiful Irish press. “She has a nice smile on her face so I bet she treats you well," the President was recorded as saying to Varadkar. "I heard poorly rated @Morning_Joe speaks badly of me (don't watch anymore). Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year's Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!" As they were saying their good-byes, Mr Trump turned to Ms Trogneux and gestured toward her body. "You know, you're in such good shape," Trump said, before repeating the observation to her husband. "Beautiful," he added. 2018 "Horseface" . "An extraordinarily low IQ person." "A crazed, crying lowlife" and a "dog." "It is a very scary time for young men in America, where you can be guilty of something you may not be guilty of. … Women are doing great." "You've got to deny, deny, deny and push back on these women. If you admit to anything and any culpability, then you're dead. … You've got to be strong. You've got to be aggressive. You've got to push back hard. You've got to deny anything that's said about you. Never admit." Just a taste - I'm working so don't have time for more, but you get the idea.

  2. He has the speed Frost wants. He has experience already in Frost's system being at Oregon so he would pick the offense up fast and be able to contribute. I dont see how it can be bad to add a kid with lots of speed when our offense is predicated on speed. Dont argue just to argue. We need speed, he has speed. What is there to debate.

  3. It is an offensive and misogynistic term, period. It doesn't carry the same weight as perhaps the n-word or the f-word, but it is a belittling term against women nonetheless. That you are going to such great efforts to minimize it is telling. You may or may not be a misogynist yourself, but you throw all of your political support behind a man who is very demonstratively a misogynist. And you trying to turn it back around on those who point it out is, shall we say, deplorable. And using the defense that you have a female doctor and female attorney is on par with saying you can't be racist because you have a black friend. Don't talk to us about mischaracterizing who you are - you are the one who has made the choice to support a vile human being and you are the one who made the choice to show your a$$ to us by bursting onto this message board with vitriol, lies, and inflammatory rhetoric.

  5. Oops. That's actually a substantial mistake on my part. Of course Rod Rosenstein is a lifelong Republican himself, a Bush appointee, nominated by Trump himself and the author of the memo Trump used to dismiss James Comey. Again, it would be great if MNBigRedNorth could acknowledge that the plot against Trump has extended well beyond butt-hurt Dems to include thoughtful Republicans and military generals who think the President of the United States may be a danger to the United States.

  6. I think we could go through each of the indictments from the investigation and show that certain comments made about them by one poster don't match reality. In his first interview with the FBI, Papadopoulos claimed that he made contacts [with Russian government officials] before Trump named him as a member of his campaign foreign policy team in March 2016 and called him an "excellent guy." He actually began communicating with them [Russian officials] after he joined the campaign as an energy expert. Days later, while attending what was billed as a "national security meeting" with Trump, Papadopoulos told the group he had connections that could lead to a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the court papers say. During the FBI interview, Papadopoulos downplayed the importance of the communications, saying that a professor living in London was "a nothing," while a Russian woman had been emailing him just to say, "Hi, how are you?" In reality, the professor, identified as Joseph Mifsud of the London Academy of Diplomacy, had told Papadopoulos that Russians had "dirt" on Hillary Clinton — well before it was widely understood that Russia had hacked the Democrats. The professor introduced Papadopoulos to a Russian who said he was close to officials at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. That contact, identified as Ivan Timofeev of the Russian International Affairs Council, then spoke with Papadopoulos over Skype about laying the groundwork for a meeting between the campaign and officials in Moscow. After he was first questioned by the FBI, Papadopoulos deactivated a Facebook account that had information about his communications with the foreign nationals, and he also got a new cellphone number. These aren't lies of no consequence, they are central to the investigation of whether Russians interferred with the election or not.

  7. Well you actively support a misogynist. You may not be one, but Trump is. I'm sorry but "grab her by the...." is most definitely very misogynistic Also I like your 'I have a black friend' approach to defending yourself

  9. I've been impressed with what I've heard from him as well. I also think it is awesome that he is openly gay, yet no one is really talking about that. That's a good sign that, to the left anyway, one's sexual orientation is not a huge source of controversy. If he gains momentum and more attention, I wonder how the right wingers are going to handle that.

  11. What I find really interesting about the article I posted is Trumps language. He says Mueller is writing a report on him. The probe is into Russian interference in the 2016 election. That is what the report is about. Interesting that Donny is fixated on the report being about him.

  12. I'm sorry you feel that way about the word bimbo. I guess I should have said an attractive but unintelligent or frivolous young woman. Your taking this term as a word used against ALL women is just your sensitivity of the issue showing through. Is it Donald Trumps fault that women do this sort of thing to him or for that matter they do it to anyone. Your being quite naive if you don't think that it does happen. As for misogyny, give me a break. This word is so over used in today's society. Misogyny is the hatred of, contempt for, or prejudice against women or girls. Misogyny can be manifested in numerous ways, including social exclusion, sex discrimination, hostility, androcentrism, patriarchy, male privilege, belittling of women, violence against women, and sexual objectification. The use of the word bimbo can also be used as term for a man that does the same thing as the woman. Here is that definition: a foolish, stupid, or inept person. a man or fellow, often a disreputable or contemptible one. I have absolutely no contempt for women at all. I even see a female MD as my primary Doctor. She is very intelligent and knows her stuff. I also have a female attorney and respect her opinion and advise. She helped my wife and I when doing a very complicated estate involving a farm sale. The term misogyny is so over used and is only the big fall back term today and along with calling everything racist that the left uses to attack people when they THINK they see something. You only know Donald Trump through the lens you chose to see him through. Sounds like the echo chamber here has been your lens. I haven't said one word here what I do for a living. I have practiced my profession for 42 years. I do serve the general public, people of all faiths, both men and women and people of all walks of life. I doubt that anyone would have a clue what I do, I will only say that I have a licences to practice this profession and I'm not a Barber! To be called a misogynist is such a huge mis-characterization of who I am and really quite offensive. You think the use one word with a definition of exact the type of person to be described makes a person a misogynist? You need to get out a little more and leave this echo chamber!

  13. So your issue is that Bill cheated in the Oval Office then, not that he cheated (and didn't pay to keep her quiet)? Poor Don, because he is rich all these people are out to get him? And your comment re: "bimbos" is offensive. I've tried to be open minded about your comments and feelings about things, but your misogyny is showing through real clear in the last post here MN. I see more and more each day why you support and like this man so much, and I don't think it has a thing to do with his political positions. Were you always like this and just found your guy and you're stoked? Or do you feel that you didn't know you had these characteristics until he took office and you saw that it was ok to show them in public?

  14. On an ancillary note, I find it really grating when the Great Pumpkin himself complains about the dossier "funded by Democrats." It, too, was funded first by Republicans before Democrats took over and continued funding it as oppo research. Anybody claiming this thing is a deep state or Democrat hit job is a complete rube or just doesn't care about acknowledging reality and should be treated as such.

  15. It wasn’t only about Trump in the first place. If he obstructed justice, it matters, I would say especially because the investigation wasn’t only about him. Another country influencing our elections should be investigated and the president should support it, not do the opposite. Obstructing justice, if it happened. will only be a nothing burger because the GOP doesn’t give a s#!t.

  17. Friday night session matchups... Red has Murrin (Iowa) in the blood round. They have not wrestled this year Berger has Young (Iowa) in the semis, Berger leads the series 1-0, winning 3-1 SV at the NU/IA dual White has Campbell (Ohio St) in the blood round. White is 2-0 so far this year winning both by decision. Labriola has Lydy (Purdue) in the blood round. Labriola is 2-0 this year so far although one win was by MFF. Mikey won 4-3 TB2 at Big Tens Venz has Zavatasky (VT) in a rematch from the consi-semis from the NCAAs last year that Venz won 7-3. Tough match for Venz although for whatever reason, Venz seems to really turn it on in the consi bracket at the NCAAs so I'm going to go with him to pull a seed based upset. I'm trying not to totally drink the kool aid but I think NU wins all their matches in this round. I'm least confident in Labriola for some odd reason but have no reason why.

Now, as a Nebraskan watching my neighbors sift through what is left of their belongings, I would much prefer funds be transferred from "pet projects" to actual citizens facing a real emergency. An emergency that will have a negative financial impact on the United States; at least in the agriculture sector.

  23. Correct. To my understanding, the formation of independent counsel was to make sure Trump didn't stop the investigation. @MNBigRedNorth is probably right that Mueller wouldn't have been appointed. But that says a lot more about what Congress and the DOJ thought about Trump's intentions to find out what happened, if anything.

  26. This it what I don't understand and actually makes be believe "there is a there there". Trump could have easily, and quietly, announced support behind his intelligence agencies to look into possible Russian interference. His announcement could have been something as simple as "Although there were no successful attempts to alter the the 2016 Presidential election, there were attempts. I believe it is important to protect democracy that we evaluate the attempts and ensure that we are in a position to successfully defend our system again in future elections." The investigation would have slipped back behind the scenes and possibly been out of the news all together until indictments happened. Even then, Trump could call the indictments proof that our agencies are capable of finding justice and holding guilty people accountable. If he is innocent, this would not blow up in his face. However, if he did do "something", it would be a pretty big grand finale!

  27. So would you rather I use the definition? There has to be a correct verb to describe accurately what is being conveyed! The word misogynist is also very offensive to all men from my view point! There are always two sides to very argument. By all accounts this person you call vile is your view point and opinion. There are vile parts of the make up of every human being because a life was lived. I challenge everyone to reflect on their life and tell me there was never something they did that wasn't vile and something they wish they could have done differently or never done at all. The fact that he is a multi billionaire makes him much more visible to the public and an open book. True politicians are just better at hiding their dirt.

  32. Wow...you know you're dealing with someone special when they opt out of using carriage returns and just assault you with a wall of text. Let's break it down: Right--as long as there has been a free press, there have been people getting the story wrong and having to print/air retractions. That is nothing new, and the base standards for a credible story are still intact. And with the examples you gave, retractions were made. Conversely, since you're "MAGAnificent", I'm sure you're familiar with "news" sources that Trump supporters wrap themselves around: Fox News, Breitbart, Drudge Report, the Daily Caller. All of these "news" sources knowing pushed out misinformation as fact, and failed to retract any of it. For example: Newt Genrich went on Fox News and claimed DNC Staffer Seth Rich was assassinated after giving WikiLeaks all the documents and emails used by the DNC. This statement is undoubtedly false AF, and it was actually Newt regurgitating a news story Fox News concocted by taking quotes from a disgraced former homicide detective and twisting them into some perverse narrative. The story has been proven false even by Wheeler himself. Fox News has yet to retract their statements about this, and the narrative was especially painful for Seth Rich's parents, native Nebraskans from Omaha. Breitbart accused an immigrant of starting the California fires in 2017, a story that was obviously scooped up by the likes of Fox News and their ilk, because it blames an immigrant (who cares if they're legal or not, AMIRITE?) of starting the fires and killing 40. The story was complete bulls***, made up by staffers. The guy *was* arrested for a smaller, separate arson case...but since immigrants are evil, and this guy committed arson, he must be guilty AF, right? This story has yet to be retracted by Breitbart, and the narrative that an illegal alien started the CA fires (thus pwning the dirty libs) continues to pop up again and again like a retarded conservative version of whack-a-mole. The difference I see is that while regular news outlets and sites may sometimes get something wrong, they strive to make things right and typically own up to anything they got wrong. Conversely, sites that aren't considered MSM routinely spout mistruths as fact, don't retract when they get something wrong, and sometimes even double down on what they got wrong if it fits the narrative they're trying to push. Outlets like Fox News, Breitbart, and their ilk are not only dangerous, but are traitors to our country by willingly pushing misinformation to citizens. Wow...I guess congratulations are in order, because you were finally able to bring together George Soros and the Koch Brothers, two extremely disparate groups of rich influences, to a common cause. Even though this is just in your mind and isn't in reality, I still feel congratulations are in order considering the mental gymnastics it would take to accept this notion. Well, hell, if you had to explain Bill Clinton to your daughter, how did you explain having to buy off porn star escorts, escorts that gave Trump golden showers, and Trump sexually assaulting women (including underage, if we want to include pageant fiascoes in this). Oh wait, let me guess, you're okay with this s*** because it's your guy, right? Seriously--if you have a problem with the Clinton blowjob in office but don't have a similar or greater level of contempt for Trump...well, to paraphrase Jeff Foxworthy, you might just be a hypocrite. Because he's a white supremacist and a serial sexual assaulter/misogynist? Oh, which people, praytell? And no, Trump is nowhere close to perfect, but you've seriously been looking for an illiterate, ignorant, bankrupt fame-slut for 20 years to put in the White House? You must not have been looking too hard then... Oh there we go with the Uniparty talk again. Honestly, the only thing Trump has done is expose how depraved and hypocritical religious evangelicals and the modern day GOP are. But I suppose Trump has helped get voters out, especially Democrats and moderates who are embarrassed that there's a moron representing our interests. Well, the biggest moron this side of Ford, at any rate. Oh sweet baby Jesus tap dancing on a peed-on hooker bed, here we go with the MAGA crowd trying to use big words like "socialism" again without understanding what it means. I'd love to see what our poster thinks it means and why it's so evil...and if they're willing to tell the Social Security office that he doesn't need their money after all. And as far as transparency goes, last time I checked, we still don't have Trump's tax returns made public, the White House isn't providing documentation requested in the course of an investigation, and Trump has committed numerous crimes, including obstruction of justice. I mean, I suppose to someone that's blind, this administration would look as transparent as any other, right? Seriously, your views are really messed up and out of touch with reality. If you can actually get sane and learn how to discern fact from fiction, then by all means, we'd love to have you in our discussions. But as you are now...no, there are crazy homeless folks in Downtown Dallas that provide more coherent discussions.

  35. I think what we hear about this investigation won't be surprising cuz we've heard a lot of it already. And keep in mind - if nothing else happens, there have still been more indictments, guilty pleas and prison sentences than any other administration. The criminal cases he's farmed out to the respective states are going to be far more damaging I think. Keep in mind Flynn, Gates and Butina have yet to be sentenced because they're still cooperating in some cases. I assume these are criminal cases at the state level, which is what we want anyway, as there is zero pardon power. I just hate that the GOP goonies will march with an "innocent - see we told you" mantra, and that's just not the case.

So on one hand Trump trashes McCain and his legacy and on the other hand he takes credit for a bill that had McCain involvement with creating. All Trump did was sign an expansion of a bill previously passed under Obama. The guy is certifiable https://www.yahoo.com/news/ap-fact-check-trump-takes-credit-law-named-122540755.html

  41. Like you I think the Clinton's are deplorable - both in office and as persons. Their history shows it. They too were poor examples of upholding the honor of being placed in the WH. And yes, I understand the often one sided presentation of the news by much of MSM - so I understand the grievances from which you speak but I say we could have done much better than a Trump. Brash words mean nothing if it destroys the fabric of our nation as he is doing. I'm not convinced that Trump has done much swamp draining - I think he could have accomplished much more during the time the GOP had held Congress if he learned to keep his mouth shut. I think he would have had his boarder wall and even the repeal of Obamacare if he had worked with Congress and stopped being a bad a.. all the time. Regarding the doing the job wt no payment --- he is getting a huge payment -- The Trump Brand. I fully believe the only reason he really got into the race was to promote his brand. I don't think he expected to win but the campaign was one big commercial for his Brand. For that he is getting paid dearly. Each time he stays at a Trump property - big time pay back. The salary he would have gotten is small in comparison. You couldn't have paid for that kind of free Brand promotion.

  42. Donald Trump cares about you and me? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahabahaha. How so? When he tried to kick 16 million people off healthcare insurance? When hea trying to cut medicare by $845 billion? Medicaid by $1.5 trillion? Screwing over college students by increasing their already record high debt? Giving a $2 trillion dollar tax break to the ultra wealthy and corporations? Screwing over farmers with his trade wars and tariffs? Alienating every ally we have in this world and cozying up with dictators? The newest one being Brazil. What one of these policies shows that DJT gives a damn about anyone but himself or his interests? Nevermind dont answer. I already know the answer will be “the wall” or something related.

  43. This might be your problem. I don't have any stats to back this up, just an anecdote. But my Dad lives in Pierce County, one of the strongest Trump supporting counties in the 2016 election in nation. When he goes to coffee in the morning the guys, who proudly voted for Trump, no longer want to talk about national news. Why? Because they freely admit they voted for Trump as a vote against Clinton. They don't like the guy, they think he's a clown. He's just better than the alternative. Now these same people want border security. They want anti-abortion legislation. They want lower taxes. They want a fiscally responsible government. And a few are openly against Muslims, LGBT, and any other non-white non-Christian. They all hate "liberals". And most importantly they want life the way it was back in 1960 when they were kids and everything was groovy and the family farms were enough to support their families. But they also have given up on Trump getting them that. But they'll vote for him again because he's Republican. Like I said, a very small snippet, but I have not seen a person with reasonable political beliefs be a HUGE Trump supporter. I'm sure they exist, maybe you'll prove to be one.

  44. You are wrong. The founders are affiliated with Brookings Institute. Ben Wittes, Robert Chesney and Jack Goldsmith. Wittes is a conservative, Chesney is a very well known, right leaning lawyer as is Goldsmith. Contributors regularly include other staunch R's like Bill Kristol, Geoffrey Corn and other Federalist members. These are your people, or at least who used to be what conservatives looked to. They are experts - hard stop. They are people who are and have been respected their entire careers as conservative contributors. They are constitutionalists. Perhaps you should look inward at your immediate instinct to label a publication or author as "liberal MSM" because the content doesn't line up with your opinion. I'd think you'd actually benefit greatly from reading a conservatives' point of view of the current situation. If you believe that any part of Lawfare is not respectable I challenge you to think that through. These guys have all humbly looked in the mirror, and like many in the republican party found that what they see today is not what they are aligned to, nor what the constitution stands for.
