I can see why anyone would have reservations about Strong, but I'm of the opinion that if a guy can play you throw measurables out the window.

The thing that sucks about turf toe is that you can't heal it, you just have to wait. So how do you know when you're ready? You guess, and if you guess wrong, you prolong the injury because you didn't wait.

yeah i think the smart play is to try and get thru these next 2 games and then have him ready for the second half of the season

Props to Cooper. I been down on him ever since he signed here. He's really played great this year.

Major props to Cooper. i was baggin him pretty good to start the year. Thought his tackling was lacking. But he's come on strong and plays with an attitude, which I'm very much impressed with.

Count me as one who has bagged on Coop in the past and early in the year. But he has made HUGE strides and him and RGIII have been studs on this defense this year.

My initial feeling on the rule change is this will just cause too many delays, will restrict flows and surges and kill momentum. The B1G is a physical league so this might favor the Huskers in some ways?

We are only two games in. Players will adapt. The game experience will get better.

He did a nice job of laying out what score numbers they relate to athletic abilities now a days. Found it interesting. Even talked a little about vball and 1 softball score.

Last year we had 3 NFL quality players. One of which nearly by himself won 3 games. Without them last year we are probably a 6-7 team at best. Without them this year and starting a new system and all new coaches we are 6-7 at best. No glaring blowouts and no games we couldn't have won. If Riley can get 2 good recruiting classes the next 2 years I think we'll be hard to beat in the west. I trust Epley's thoughts.

We dropped 44 on Purdue with a struggling QB and a couple big drops. Could have easily been a 50+ game.

Yeah, this strikes me as very unusual for Bo. Bo always goes out of his way to try and find new homes for assistants or players, even the ones who fell out of favor here. And he strings up some coach speak to wish them well.
