I usually never have a problem with Costa. He usually provides pretty good commentary to things. But this one just turned way too political for a sports show. i would bet it was more NBC seeing an opportunity to use a high profile incident to push liberal gun control than Costas on one of his tangents.

@GSG Comcast, Dish and DirecTV dropped Altitude over a month ago. Apparently they couldn't agree on a contract so none of the Avs games have been being broadcast. I thought they would settle it pretty quick, like BTN and Comcast did, but it hasn't happened yet. Meanwhile we are missing out on a great start to the season by the Avs.

I form my opinions based on what I know, so I guess I dont know nothing about that situation, except for the fact that he was aquitted in a court of law, a long long time ago. All I see now is a guy that is never in trouble, plays the game with passion and heart, and plays clean as well. You never see or hear of Ray Lewis making an ass of himself, the Ravens or the league like some of the other punks do.
