I think it was the LJS that reported this was more of a forced retirement than is being let on, too.

@desertshox I haven't seen any reports from Fox, but the person who originally posted the tweets provided no context, let alone proof of Gunn's apologies and contrition since these were posted. 

Yeah, the reason the tweets were left up was because Gunn didn't want to hide from his past--he acknowledged it, apologized for it, and moved on. He was (and is) pretty candid about all of that. 

Also, there's an online petition circulating to reinstate James Gunn that's at 160,000+ signatures, and there's been rumblings that most, if not all of the GotG cast may take a powder if Gunn isn't involved in some capacity. Plus, Gunn was the one that not only has the first (and only draft) of GotG 3, he was going to be taking on a larger role in overseeing the next phase of Marvel movie development.

Also, Disney is rather quiet about all of this...makes me wonder if they'll walk this back in some capacity--after all, they're still making money off Powder, right?

Seriously, though, you shouldn't discriminate based on whether the person has an avatar, or a letter.

I've never seen a sales tax line on my ticket invoices from the University.  Unless they are rolling it into the price on their side (i.e., tickets sell for $60 but they already included the tax in that amount).

Not sure if that is what he would use for hardship, but if I recall wasn’t the heckler people are referencing either a teammate or a student on campus.  They will probably let him pay immediately.

It’s Wednesday. I don’t know how many people roll with the band but it might be a bit unrealistic this late

There was a rumor that the drumline was going to make the trip, but I haven't seen anything to substantiate that. 

The character, "Trey," purported to be an ex-Navy Seal turned kinda-survivalist. As far as I know, no money ever changed hands. It wasn't a romantic situation. It was just like a character that existed, and then after a while the person running the character decided to stop, so they had the character die.

Apparently they are talking about this on Josh Peterson & John Bishop's show on 1620.
