I'm sure it will also be garbage propaganda and I won't watch it. I'm incredibly uncomfortable with these extremely wealthy media moguls creating de-facto monopolies on a lot of our media that they can use to influence political thought. It really, really creeps me out, and the brainwashing effect Fox among others have corrupts our politics, IMO. It's not so much that I want to police thought. It's that I'm really bothered by small groups of people like the Murdochs installing their chosen narratives on the masses.

I don't like his lies and corruption. I don't like his racist and mysoginistic behavior. I don't like his narcisism and grifting. It has nothing to do with wbo he calls out or that he won. It is exhausting and disheartening that this is falling on the people, but we must not grow weary. I needed that kick in the butt that tweet thread provides. You do a great job with the action items thread and I'm sure I'm not the only one who really appreciates it!!

Collusion isn't a charge, conspiracy would be the charge. The report clearly outlines a relationship between Russia and the Trump campaign. Just because Mueller doesn't feel there is enough evidence to indict on conspiracy(a high bar and Mueller makes it clear in his report he won't indict Trump) doesn't mean there hasn't been concerning conduct regarding Trump and Russia. Its all outlined in the report if you would care to read. Its factual information that Russia interefered in the elections, preferred Trump as a canidate and Trump openly accepted their help. Its also factual information that TO THIS DAY Trump denies that Russia interfered in the elections even though the evidence is overwhelming. If you can read about Trumps relationship with Russia that is outlined in the report and say that its completely appropriate then maybe you aren't the patriot you think you are.

According to Abdelmassih, their general plan going forward is to look for two regular (non-grad) transfers each year and not as heavy on grad transfers as people might think. He said they will look for two regular transfers so that there isn't just one guy having to sit out the season by himself. And their not necessarily as interested in grad transfers because of concerns over how well they'll want to fit in for just one year. Also, having two transfers sitting out - leaving 10 available players in a given year - will make it easier to try to have the other guys get to play enough to (hopefully) keep them happy and keep the roster balanced.

Agreed. I signed up for The Athletic a couple of months ago and cancelled by 247Sports membership yesterday. Bruntz and Schaefer used to put out good content a couple of years ago, but these days it's far and few between that anything original gets written and most of their articles are just regurgitated from one article to another and anything they post as thread discussions these days come from Twitter. There is no value in subscribing to them anymore. I would recommend Athletic to everyone. And Schaefer being the source of where the Moos rumor started really turned me off on a guy that has a growing ego problem.

If the Hauser brothers want to play here, you roll out the freaking red carpet. they cant play this year and Sam only has 1 year after he sits... dont care.. they would be awesome. David Jenkins would be top of list as well but I dont think we have even really heard any serious mentions of Nebraska. Eric Williams seems to be an interesting one as well. Working to have him come visit. No idea how this all shakes out.
