@VectorVictor if only. We used to get Val's in highschool and it was better there too. They switched it to Godfather's, so we'd drive to Val's for their lunch special. Two slices and a bread sticks was still better than a whole pizza you'd order for delivery.

@VectorVictor Yes, there is something special about a slice of Val's hamburger pizza that's been steaming in it's own little cardboard box at the stadium. My theory is, after multiple beers for the previous 4+ hours, anything is bound to taste good.

If they would put one in north/NW Denver it would kill. I know because I'd go there until I got sick of it, and a lot of my immediate and extended family would too. Of course, I go there for the hamburgers, which are the best.

Got 35-60 mph winds with 80 mph gusts at our house. Neighbor's fence across the street got blown over and almost took flight. I had to help him wrestle it into the garage.

The tree that blew over took out a section of the fence and fell into our neighbor's yard. Got another that is leaning into another tree.

I had a tree get blown over in my back yard, too.  I'm so sick of this wind.

Meanwhile, nearly every other Big Ten school has had major scandals - including some ongoing scandals - and those are pretty much ignored.

I was expecting “strategic elements” to be more technical.  His point about the hashmark actually makes CFB more exciting since there seems to be more varied plays compared to the NFL. I disagree that college football looks the same, since few NFL games have 90k fans attending.

I disagree. College football is both more entertaining and more strategic. Sure the teams in the NFL are on more equal footing with a higher level of talent but that doesn't equate to more strategic. IMO the NFL is more boring and much more predictable. The college game has more variability and many more options on any given play. Doesn't that by nature involve more strategy?

My fiancee still watches Bachelor/Bachelorette/Bachelor in Paradise/etc, but she always watches it the day after on Hulu so they aren't any commercials. The only network shows we watch together are The Goldbergs and The Conners but even those are day-after-on-Hulu-no-commericals. 

My wife watches a bunch of crap on regular TV. Drives me nuts. I can handle a few of the sitcoms like Goldberg's, Modern Family and Last Man Standing but mostly I stream Avs hockey games on my iPad or something on Netflix, Hulu or Prime.

I started watching Grey's Anatomy on Netflix with my wife.  I made it through four seasons or so and lost interest.  She's on season seven.  There's another decade left for her to watch!   lol
