I had leftover garden soil a few years ago.  I had a guy in the neighborhood haul it and pay for it.   Depending on the dirt, it is much better than "free entertainment center: great for a dorm room!!!"

@BigRedBuster  Jim Baldridge seasoning (in North Platte) used to have an old timer pastrami recipe on their website. It was a family thing passed down a few generations and involved curing brisket with saltpeter in your fridge for many days. I‘ve always wanted to try it but pretty sure the wife would divorce me if I left a full brisket in the fridge for a few weeks.

I've made the one I linked (and then realized it's mentioned in the video above) and it's easy.  I use my beer fridge in the garage.  My wife is well used to me doing strange recipes in that fridge.  She stopped complaining when she tastes it.

Many people are claiming Clemson is the only peer to Alabama. I don't see how that makes you underrated. Bama might have been a tad overrated.  

Yeah, the aw shucks little ole Clemson, if we can do it anyone can bit afterwards was a little too much. Not sure how you go on about that when you're one in a class of two teams and you've got 5*' beasts all over the field. Still, better them than Bama but damn, I'll be surprised if they don't get 1 or 2 more in the next few years.

Sounds like it's high end Mongolian Beef night at Teach's house.

Update...so this I sliced it as thin as I could (I need a deli slicer) and then I put it in the au jus that I made from the seasonings and drippings the day before.  

I let that sit in the fridge for about 5-6 hours and then took the beef out and tossed the jus in the crockpot to warm it up.

Tossed the beef in, got some really good rolls and hot peppers, tossed on some pepper jack cheese, dipped it all in the jus, roll included and they turned out to be really good.

Next time I just need to get it off once it hits 125 and get a deli slicer.

Miles can chill out in Lincoln for the next few days.  Go have some dinner and drinks with friends.  Catch up on his Netflix or DVR, then he can go hang out at the Coaches Convention next week to keep his name out there.  My bet is that he will not coach next year and maybe even look for a TV gig.

Won- $1200 in Vegas, duration not a one time hit. Best one time hit is $400 on a football bet.

Lost- $1500 in Vegas a separate time.

Found: $120 in a bank envelope at Brewsky's in the Haymarket.  I was sitting at the bar and held onto it in case someone came in looking for it.  No one ever did.

Won: $13k - played craps for about 6 hours at The Mirage.

I'm biased by how much I love the original but I think a Back to the Future reboot could be good fun. Although if the eras are adjusted the kid would be going back to the 80s or 90s so it might turn out a bit like Hot Tub Time Machine.
