Betting lines are officially out on my site. Huskers are favored in every game by OSU.

Big public "I am sorry" to @PaulCrewe, this entire time I thought he was saying that Vedral should be the starter and I fought him on it, but it turns out he was not saying that at all and I just didn't understand. Sorry! My bad! I am not wrong often (that is not accurate) but when I am I do like to admit it.

It depends on what you are calling a jump stop. What it is supposed to be is catching the ball in the air then landing on both feet. If you are saying they are catching it with one foot on the ground then jumping and coming down on both feet, that is technically not a travel. That is a legal play per the rule book and always has been. The catch is that you don't have a pivot foot in that scenario - you have to keep both feet on the ground where they are or jump and release the ball in the air. If you do that an then pivot, then it is a travel.

If you want to watch someone who has mastered the art of when to pick up a basketball watch Harden. All of his moves look like travels but he has it timed perfectly that his "1st Step" is also at the same time he picks the ball up. Then what most people consider as steps 2 and 3 are actually 1 and 2 and this is why he is so hard to guard.

Braxton Clark out for the season? Is that old news and what position did he play?

BTN guys all saying the CU player did it on purpose
-
Yeah, it's pretty much everyone other than CU and their conference. I've even seen some CU fans claim it was on purpose and the kid should be suspended for a game or 2. Hope that kid gets his comeuppance this season and definitely next season in their own home when a couple of our big guys just drill him a few times.

Busch Apple, anyone had it yet? I guess it is selling out like crazy.

@teachercd thanks for the link, then a link to his facebook to read more than what I could find on the internet in a quick search. Straight from the initial reporter is better than going over stories that could change as they are posted.

Champions Club open for tailgating??
-
I was pretty sure they are not allowing any tailgating.
But I guess there was something earlier this week about some exception for bars are restaurants being able to expand into sidewalks/streets to try to accommodate crowds with more room for social distancing. So perhaps this is part of that thinking.

Cheapest car you bought? Me...1988(ish) S-10 pickup, stickshift, rusty, no working speedometer...for the cost of a battery and 50 dollars.

I bought a 79 Cutlass in 1994 for $75. Used it to drive to work for that summer. It died the week after my last day that summer. Perfect. (I mean, it died if you didn't goose the throttle while stopped, had a cloud of black smoke when you accelerated, was missing the inner door handles meaning you had to roll down the window to get out, and the electrical would occasionally go out for a minute or two. But other than that - perfect.)

Coolest trick you could do on a bike?
Sadly...A wheel (and I could ride it a bit) was about the best I could do.

I did this one trick in college with a Walmart schwinn hybrid where I was popping up over entrance/driveway curbs and my front wheel came off the fork, wedged itself between the frame and sprocket, and sent me supermanning over the handle bars, which left me with a shiner on my cheek. Was wearing a helmet too. It wasn’t until a car of Mormons pulled over and checked on me, after about a half dozen other cars drove on hahaha. I was OK, no concussion, but left me a little dazed

Could the 80's classic "Back to School" be remade now AND be funny?

ISN'T THAT BASICALLY WHAT MELISSA MCCARTHY'S NEW MOVIE IS?
QuoteMcCarthy plays Deanna, a newly divorced housewife who enrolls at Decatur University to study archaeology. Right from the starting gate, the comedian feels harnessed by a plot that asks us to pity this woman because her jerk husband (Veep‘s Matt Walsh) has dumped her for another woman (Modern Family‘s Julie Bowen). Complications arise because Deanna’s daughter Maddie (Molly Gordon) is a senior at the same school. How can the kid not be horrified and humiliated that her mom will be around delivering snacks and mother-henning all over the place? Before you ask, “Say, doesn’t this sound like Rodney Dangerfield’s 1986 Back to School with a sex charge”, let us assure folks that Life of the Party is not even remotely in the same hilarious league. It has PG-13 marshmallows where its metaphorical balls should be.

Could you imagine the hype if both NU and Michigan were 3-0 going into this game?
