Being a Bears fan, I'll take it. But what happened was Cutler started scrambling and Suh ran him down and shoved him hard. In full speed it looked like he forearmed him in the back of the head, which is illegal no matter if it's the QB or not. It was a judgment call that pretty much any ref would flag. Slow motion showed it wasn't dirty.

Cutler was scrambling and was passed the LOS and Suh comes from behind and gives him a 2-handed shiver in the back of the shoulder pads and called him for unneccessary roughness and they said that it was a forearm to the back of the head.
