You're right. The issue is the head man. I'm shocked he wasn't let go after the Iowa game last year. But someone (Count?) said our choices to,replace him wouldn't come. I guess I'd rather wait for the right guy than hire the wrong one just for the sake of ousting Bo, but supporting him is getting increasingly impossible.

6 years ago I felt we were on the cusp of something. Well, that was 6 years ago...

I implimented a rule at my house during the Purdue game. Everytime you read on HuskerBoard or hear the pundits say: "Year Six for Pelini," "Respectable Showing" or "Blow Out," you drink.

There is absolutely no doubt we have improved dramatically since the SDSU game and I don't think there is any reason we can't continue to improve.

Bell isn't exactly a "fast" player so to speak.

I mean Mich St's Bell to clarify for anyone who gets confused lol.

The difference between last week, and this week, we didn't play our "fast" players like we did the two prior weeks. Fast is what we need, and those fast players (Santos) are sure tackles.

What factual information do we have that Bo may be out? I hate all of this rumor crap. Either he's in or he's out. Unless the university has said he's out there's no reason to believe anybody. It's all just pointless speculation.

I said it from the first time I saw this kid in practice, he has a strong possibility of playing as a True Freshman, especially if he has the football smarts.

Obviously it goes both ways, but just saying I could name 10 guys pretty fast on this team who look good in pads but can't play a lick. I was impressed by Love's film, and if you've seen him practice then I'm even more excited about who we have in our LB corps for the future.

Lol, I meant kids looking as good as they do in pads, as they do on the field, if not better. Its the off-season, all we can do is rave over some players. The things you hear about Love, isn't the normal things you hear about a freshman. Like understanding the defense and whatnot. That kid has a great work ethic, and I hope it rubs off to other players.

Conversely, it seems unlikely Michigan State wins less than 8.

I don't think there's much separation between the 2 teams, the schedule shift will be the difference in records.

I am sorry, I am not trying to be rude, and I know its coming off like that. I just think MSU will have their worst year yet and will be a .500 team. Its hard to replace a guy like Bell and give anyone half the carries he did with no experience. To me, the odds of them winning the legends, are slim to none, unless they have a defense like we did in '09. Without Gholston, their main push on the defensive line, its hard to tell how they will be up front.

MSU "D" will be better this year than last. If they get an "O" they will be tough fo anyone to beat. IMO

Yeah, I believe so. I don't know her thought process, but I doubt he leaves if she doesn't leave. If I was Bo, if we lose to Michigan State, I start him in EVERY game. I would've been playing him already, though.

As much of a fan of Jack Nicholson I am, Ledger did a very good job with that role. Maybe too good of a job.

You have to go with Ledger. He's up there with some of the great criminals in cinema history. Nicholson's performance was very good, but he takes second imho.
