The Duke
POINTS FROM THE GAME: Nebraska found something today with their Mid-Line read play. Nice to see the Speed Option play back in the offense as well. Dedrick Mills has run like a MAN today. He hasn't pouted all year, just put his head down and went to work. Win or lose...kudos to that young man for his abolute grit today. We need more like him. Martinez has had an up and down day. Played like his freshman self in the 1st quarter, and then reverted back to this year's version. Our red zone offense needs a serious overhaul. The arm tackles on defense won't get fixed until next spring. Chinander won't be fired, but he should consider his seat warm. Wisconsin IS old school Nebraska power football. Jonathan Taylor is just a tremendous talent at running back. Reminds me of Ahman Green. FINAL THOUGHT: Missed chances. Nebraska had a number of opportunities today but just couldn't capitalize on our momentum when we had it. Two more chances to become bowl-eligable. 2 Quote Link to comment
Jason Sitoke
Mazour had to gain 6 inches after contact and couldn’t do it Quote Link to comment

Bigred_inSD
Sound tackling there. I'm not sure where Nebraska learned to wrap up but that should be taught well before going to play D1 Quote Link to comment

They owe the players an apology, they’ve come to play today. Proud of these guys. I agree...I expect more from a staff of grown men getting paid millions in total. 1 Quote Link to comment

Idiotic comments. What his stat line? Are we having a good offensive day against a great defense? Come up with something else it's pathetic. Quote Link to comment
