While watching the Texas/Kansas game I kept seeing a player for Texas with a last name of Allen who greatly resembled Teddy Allen. Turns out he is Teddy's younger brother Timmy.

Wisconsin is trying hard to sign Luke Fickell today. Sounds like they may be close to a deal.

73 year old Chuck Norris shaved his beard. I'm wondering if a razor company paid to use this in a commercial. If so that should be worth half a mil.

A Houston Texas high school 4 x 100 relay team that won it's district race to qualify for the state meet was disqualified when one of the runners looked skyward and pointed to the heavens after winning.

About 20 years ago there was a little seen movie where an alien came to earth as a human to observe our species. As he noticed the difference between men and women he stated "Women enjoy movies where one person dies slowly while men enjoy movies where many people die quickly!" I didn't see "John Wick 1" but went to 2 last night. Can we say OVERKILL?

After watching tonight's 30 for 30 about the Duke Lacrosse team, I wonder how much money Duke Univ had to pay to coaches and players who were hung out to dry. I'm guessing (multiple) 10's of millions.

Did you see JT Barrett throw the ball the last few games? At this point in time I think a QB coach is one of the most important people on the staff. I have to imagine that OSU is doing due diligence investigating Wilson's past. Also, they still have Ed Warinner, the current OC, on staff. The last time OSU lost to Clemson they made staff changes like this and the next year they won the NC. I am not saying they will win it next year but they saw a problem and they are attempting to fix it.

Argument with my son tonight. The discussion was if Westy had caught the ball before it crossed the endzone but his feet had stayed in the endzone when he came down would it still be a TD? I know Westy did reach back with the ball to make sure but if he had been tackled with his feet in the endzone but the ball out of the endzone would it still be 6? I say no, son says yes.Discuss.

What shyndy is saying is if you catch a ball on the sidelines, the ball can be two yards out of bounds (in the air) and as long as you can snag it while keeping your feet in bounds it's a catch. Not sure why the same wouldn't be said for TD's. It's the same for the back of the end zone- if the balls out the back, the receiver jumps and grabs it, as long as he comes down with two feet in it's a TD?

Big 10 basketball officials. The gift that keeps on giving. Mich St's Christmas came early.

Bill Clinton tried to cheer up Hillary Clinton today by reminding her that Nelson Mandela wasn't elected president until after serving 27 years in prison.

Brandon Vandenberg, former football player @ Vanderbilt was declared guilty of aggravated rape at the 2nd trial for this case. If I read correctly Tennessee has a 15 year minimum sentence with no possibility of parole.

Did Bo go to work for Wisconsin? Holes in their D line big enough to drive a pickup through.

Do not expect James Robinson, the 16th best 2017 wide receiver to be on Ohio St's list of recruits. He visited this weekend in Columbus and was cited for marijuana possession and has been dropped off their list. We better stash our commits away for a week!

Easy come easy go. It was a fun 48 hour love affair but we both knew it couldn't last. Enjoy Spurrier.

George Sauer Jr passed away yesterday. He was one of Joe Namath's fav receivers on the 69 Super Bowl team but retired in 71 at age 27. His father grew up in southeast Nebraska and played at Nebraska in the 30's. If I remember correctly George Jr played for Alabama against Nebraska in the Sugar Bowl

Guess which ref crew is doing the Big 12 game today? One we all know and love! Up yours Mr. Burke.
