Redux

NUance, basically eliminated all bad carbs and I've even trimmed back protein. I focus a lot on green vegetables, sweet potatoes and some fruit. I still have protein about every day but it's very minimal (mostly egg whites in the morning and 4-6 ounces at dinner). Virtually no fast food (but I do break down 1-2 times a week). My trick has been to not overeat and to focus - it hasn't been easy but a lot of it (for me) is just mental.

I'm incredibly picky about vegetables though.

The price of the stuff is insane, but it works. My appetite has been cut in half basically. Since I'm so picky this provides a lot of the stuff I would typically miss out on. And I'm not blowing $60 some a week on gas station meals. Now since my appetite is way down, I'll go home and make a sandwhich or a smoothie and be satisfied.

I did fruit smoothies for breakfast while I was working out every other day or more and was only losing maybe half of what I've lost with this stuff.

I seem to remember cranberries are very profitable.  I believe Wisconsin has a lot of cranberry farms.

@Redux correction, not tried, they actually did hire Schiano.  He was paid a pretty penny for doing absolutely nothing but pissing off Vol fans.  I do wonder how much he settled on, nothing reported on it but there were talks of an immediate buyout.

I'm transferring all my old video tapes to digital backup. Halfway through the VHS portion my VCR decided it had lived a long enough life. Enduring all the crap I recorded through the years was too much for it to handle.

One hour feels like 10 minutes. You get some insight in to people you think you know pretty well. The quiet one will be smarter then you realized. The loud talkative ones will probably panic as time winds down. And 5 is the perfect number

Both locations are challenging but solvable. I think you get the most out of the experience by who you go with. Escape does feels a little more immersive.
