It was very well done—probably top three or four of all Marvel movies, easily (behind Avengers, Civil War, and maybe Winter Soldier).

Stinger sets up directly into the next Avengers movie to boot.

I dunno...I think it depends on if we make the NCAA Tourney again this year and how we do in B1G play.  And if we choke in the B1G/NCAA tourney again...I think you'll be seeing *at least* the assistants being looked at, if not Erstad himself. 

We honestly shouldn't be having problems consistently being at the top of this conference for Baseball...

Depends who's selling them, and what they're asking for. Face value is $20 for A&B Levels, $16 for C.

There really isn't a bad seat in the Devaney Center. It's big for a volleyball venue but it's no stadium. Even the upper C Level tickets give you a good view.

He did get rid of Bo. That wasn't a bad thing IMO, just failed on the other side of that coin.

Do the best thing we can say is that he got us a great deal with Adidas? 

Outside of Volleyball I would say that was not a bad deal he got for us.

@GSGno, but I've been coaching a very successful one for four years now. I needed to order a communal goalie jersey (an in-case scenario) and I went with the number of one of the best defenders of all time.

From time to time, I do enjoy playing an older version of Flight Simulator on my pc.  I really really want to get Flight Simulator 2020

I used to watch Arrow religiously, and kind of got into The Flash. Nowadays, I just watch the crossovers, so I've been looking forward to this one.

Settle down dude.  Sometimes you take a job wherever you can get it.  Regardless of what we feel towards Texas, they are a great program and it's a great opportunity for Jordan.

@VectorVictor NU would only play Texas in the NCAA tournament and the occasional non-conference match.  It's not like Larsen is getting her start with a conference rival, which even then wouldn't be a big deal.

I'm so proud of those guys!  They went through the Bo firing, the Riley hiring and bow his end but they kept fighting.  I'm especially proud of our home grown boys. You will be missed!

I dressed up in my Columbia Husker coat and 17’ sideline coaches hat and a chick (mid 20’s) goes “ooohh you’re dressed scary dressing up as a Husker fan” as here and three other dudes with here started to laugh hysterically.  If my son wasn’t by my side I was going to say “not as scary as you dressing up as a skank” haha

Ha. My daughter said a kid at her school (in Colorado) wore a Husker shirt as his costume...said he was a disgruntled football fan. No, she wasn't aware of this status update.

I’m in the development and process side of things as a Senior Business Analyst for IT...so while I don’t directly code, I work on project/process/problem management for all the different groups involved with hardware/software deployments, from PCI/SOX compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Tech Support (among others). 

In short, I wear enough hats day to day to start my own haberdashery.

Very familiar with the BA side. There are jobs out there. I suggest looking at a place like Lincoln Financial Group in Omaha. Plenty of contract work out there as well or some full time. Shoot me a message if you want some connections. 

To answer your question there is some work in that realm. Not bubbling over like it is for Developers but I bet if you put your nose to the grindstone you could find something in 2-4 months.

And thanks everyone for the info. This would be a big move for my family if I can pull it off--a big, yet positive one I would hope. Public schools are decidedly better in Nebraska than in Texas, so I'd primarily be doing this for my kids.

Penn State's play-calling in the OTs was weird. They got too cute (where have I heard that before lol) 

@GSGI said the exact same thing myself watching those OTs. 

Also, swapping end zones during OTs was a beating. Would much rather have the old OT back. Or after the second OT, make it sudden death rules, a la the NFL. 

@VectorVictor Yes! Bring back the old OT. I think under the old rules that game probably ends in 3rd or 4th OT and not the 9th

Liberty canceled classes tomorrow to celebrate  the big win.

Goodness people!  I think the Riley era is done but this was a solid win.  It was not a we are back moment, but Purdue is not a bad football team.  Like knapplc said they have lost some close games, and with the way they are playing they can play with just about anyone.  

The problem isn't that Purdue may be a decent team this year--it's that we have to say that we got a last-second upset win. That means Purdue played us evenly, and that that they were favored to win--two things that shouldn't be happening, period. 

I think a bigger indictment of the state of the program is that our fan base can't enjoy a victory.  There is a difference between being critical and being negative.  With your mindset there was nothing the team could have done that would have left you with a positive attitude.  There are lots of reasons to want a new coach, but don't let a victory be one of them.
