My Saturday was awesome. I got a new car and a new TV.

Although, the first football game I witnessed on my new TV left a lot to be desired.

I've helped push tons of people with stalled cars. Even pretty good-sized pickups. This was by far the hardest car to push. My shoulders are beginning to get sore.

Many years ago a Georgia HS powerhouse played at Cincinnati Moeller HS. I thought that was a long trip going through 4 states to play a HS game. Then I figured out that when Lincoln East played at Scottsbluff it was a longer trip.

When I went to East we had to play North Platte and that ride seemed long. I can't imagine ankther 3 hours tacked on to that for a bus...

It was closer for me to drive to Texas than the trip to watch my HS team play in the playoffs a couple years ago.
