This is why I figured 9 or 10 wins.  The West sucks...it has always been a division based off of not winning games but making sure you don't lose games.

The "not losing games" is how Northwestern is going to win this super lame Big Ten West.  Purdue, Nebraska, and Iowa handed NW their games, Michigan State is pretty average, and Wisconsin was playing with a backup QB.

We wanted a house way out of our price range, way too big for 2 people, on way too much land to maintain.

I built our first house after hours and on weekends in 1978 for $30,000. It was about 1450 sq ft. 

I sucked it up and lived with my parents for about 2.5 years. I paid them some rent money while I paid off my students loans and then saved up for a down payment. Darn glad I bought my house when I did because prices started jumping these past 3.5 years. Only thing that stung was the slow negations because my interest rate spiked .25% in the extra days they tried dragging it out. The sellers were already in their new home and paying two mortgages for 2-3 months already, but they finally agreed mid-month to avoid shelling out for another month’s payment. One of the happiest purchases in my life, even through some stressful surprise replacements. 

Most mornings, I'll make some fried eggs for myself: put them in a hot pan with some S&P, put a lid on it so the tops get steamed. No flipping necessary. Done in a couple minutes, super easy. I fold a pretty good omelet as well, but on the weekends when I have more time.

Depends on the dish:

Benedict - poached (duh)

Avocado toast - over medium

Shakshuka - sunny side up basically

Burrito - scrambled

On a burger - over easy

@teachercd, bacon grease is good but butter is better. And I like most ways of making eggs but sopping up a runny yolk with toast is the best.

Worked at Orange Julius in the mall.  It obviously sucked but there were always cute girls that would come up so that was pretty good.  Plus, Auntie Anne's pretzels was next to us so we'd always trade juliuses (?) for pretzels.

Other job was working at a golf course as a golf cart kid.  Walking up super early was tough at times but the tips got really good once I got to know the regulars.  I could make $100-$150 on a busy Saturday which was basically a million dollars for 17-18 year old me.

Allegedly I do work at a place like that, but I haven’t seen one yet (have only been there since late summer last year so ob’s it’s a seasonal thing with the company).  Allegedly, they’re about to start up again.  Allegedly.

i'd do hh after work if the rest of the world wouldnt look at people drinking at 9 am as alcoholics, and if they actually had hh at 9 am.

Used to have happy hours quite a bit when I worked in sales, but it wasn’t exclusive to just Fridays. Recently, I’ve hit up more reverse hh’s or a Sunday hh at Blue than anything else

36 I think. Missing Hawaii and a lot of the northeast outside of New York.

I've been to 46, just missing Connecticut, Arkansas, Maine, and Rhode Island. Plus I've been to a half-dozen or so territories.

Just two right now.  But only because I rebooted my computer to load updates.  I had about eight open before.  

On my work computer at the moment, 26 across two windows. Some of those are pinned tabs for email and such, which I have open at all times.

Average 5-10 per day unless, as the Dude says, you get one of those scourge of hell group texts. I hate group texts. I thought it would be neat to change my text notification sound to "Dilly Dilly"....boy was I wrong. That lasted only 1 week.

Because of the friend i mentioned who likes to send 20+ short texts to convey one idea, i have to turn off notifications, period.

100+ during the busy season, this time of year around 25 or so.

Over but not by much. Weather, injuries....Offensive line.
