But seriously, voting technology has come a long, long way in the last few years. Per the article...

Sounds like a pretty solid paper trail to me.

Where did this secretive deep state shadow government that answers to Hillary come from? Are they all holdovers from the Clinton Administration?

Your British subject is founder of a pay for hire Intelligence firm, who's original research into Trump was funded by GOP members. He was formally an MI6 agent of one of our closest allies. He exposed corruption in FIFA and Russian rigging of the 2018 world cup bid. He exposed Russian interference in the UK, Turkey, France, Italy, and Gemrany. And last but not least he has been a credible source for US intelligence agencies for years.

 

He was not a lawyer with ties to Oligarchs charged with money laundering in the US, from a nation that is interfering with our elections and opposes us on the world stage, and who themself have been charged with Obstruction of Justice in the US. 

 

These things are not the same.

How does the wealthy infrastructure that openly gets Republicans to do their bidding, turn into the secretive Deep State when you need to blame the Democrats for something?
