Ummm. I posted about it the other day, but did anyone else notice that Trump seemed to not know that Kim Jong il died and Kim Jong un took over?

It's just a couple small letters at the end. *shrugs* However, il was just crazy and un is certifiable batsh#t crazy, so he should know the difference.

  2. Guise...I smoked a bone in 45 day aged prime rib roast today. It turned out amazing.

      Maybe I should’ve used a hyphen on Bone-In?

It seems a little off to me also and I know what I meant. There’s something misleading with “smoked a bone”

@ZRod I think it was about 5.5 hours. The thermometers on my home built smoker aren’t very reliable but I think the smoker temp was kept about 180 to 200. For Christmas I got a Thermopen MK4 thermometer. That thing is the sh#t, I can’t recommend it highly enough. Instant read and 1/2 a degree accuracy. I’ve been relying on it and pretty much ignoring cook time. 130 and it was medium rare. It’s really handy for cooking chicken since getting it to 170 is critical for food safety. No more dried out over cooked chicken or pink that needs to go back. I still prefer eating undercooked medium hamburgers but my wife has to have hers done so it’s handy for grilling just about everthing. I learned about them on AmazingRibs.com. Everyone should have one.

@ladyhawke I tried DuckDuckGo and didn't like it. It would not allow me to change to desktop view on my Android phone and I hate the mobile version of this site. It may very well block ads and tracking but it doesn't allow using the site the way I'm accustomed.

      JJ Husker

Sorry, didn't mean to ruin anyones day. My point was that we are fairly mediocre but I'm tired of needing to cater to that fact. If we get blown out, so be it. Maybe enough times will be the catalyst for a consensus for change. We can't play the sisters of the blind every week and keep thinking we're not mediocre. We've got as good of a chance against Georgia as we do anyone else.

      ColoradoHusk

Congrats to your daughter that UNL is interested!!! I think they are really trying to push for out of state students to increase enrollment to catch up to the rest of the Big Ten. I think UNL ranks 13th out of 14 in terms of undergraduate student population.
