there are plenty of down to earth superstars, it is just that they get less attention. actually, there are a bunch we have recently seen in college football. rg3, luck, tebow. all pretty humble.

There are plenty of humble superstars out there. Tim Tebow is one of them, and society hates him for it. Fact is, the world we live in would much rather discuss the train wrecks, the narcissistic, ego maniacs who make sure they hold the spotlight. Good, humble people don't sell newspapers.

Tebow's success in Denver wasn't because of 'luck'. He had a helluva season, they were 1-4 until he came in and he was a huge reason they ended up in the playoffs. That just makes that call even more iffy. Three steps, lunge for the end zone (football move) .. to me, it makes the ball contacting the ground irrelevant.
