The Vikings. Logo was identical to the Minnesota Vikings except we were green and gold and had uniforms modelled after the Packers, at least until the 90s when they looked more like Baylor. I'm told they now wear black most of the time and have a helmet logo that rips off the Buccaneers. Seems originality has never been our strong suit, but then, neither has football (we once lost 42 games in a row).

Always thought that the Viking logo was funny considering it was southern Wisconsin and most people were Packer fans and loathed Minnesota.

I’ve never really had to go through any official interview process to get a job. I’ve conducted quite a few interviews though. My favorite one was back in about 1995. I was interviewing a guy for a CAD drafting position. I had some Husker stuff in my office (here in Colorado). Well he was a Buffs and Rams fan and he was kind of flipping me sh#t, in a good natured way, for being a Nebraska fan. I really wanted a CU fan around to abuse when we played each other so I hired him. Worked out pretty well, he worked for me for about 9 years, at two different companies, and I always had that CU fan around to laugh at......except 2001 wasn’t great.

It's pretty far off, at least. I'll say this, though: the defense actually looks basically the way I thought they would. A modest improvement over last year, but still way too inconsistent. A lot of people are acting like the the defense has regressed, but it really hasn't, it's improved a bit overall. I think people are forgetting just how awful the defense was a couple years ago.

The real story is how far the offense has regressed. They were expected to carry the team, but they went from being way ahead of the defense to being a bit worse than the D.

IDK about starter but he definitely should've seen the field today. The QB problems today can't all be blamed on the OL.

Yeah, I know that now. It sure didn't help during the game though. Arguably, you could make a good case that 2AM's play was an emergency situation.....unless losing is no longer an emergency for this team.
