  1. This is what you get all you people that wanted an inexperienced TA over Taylor. Ha! Now bring on Stanton, this TA is clearly not the answer.

Get a clue. Taylor is always an option. Years from now, he will still be an option, decades from now we won't stfu about him. When I'm dead and gone, Huskerboard, will still being him up. When he is dead and gone, they will still probably play him against Minnesota.

Oh, I didn't either Blackshirtsguru. I know Redsavage assumed above that I "went" somewhere or that "I" needed to see it to realize that. Reality is, I didn't go anywhere, it wason the TV at home, and in my house, I get pulled into watching some things I'd rather not watch. Tis' the life of a man who lives with his fiance' and his 13 year old daughter. Me and my son just get dragged into some horrible shows.

  3. Riley talks quite a bit about the difficulties of transitioning and feeling like you're starting all over, but says it is fun for him. Best part so far is that he says they will be selective on what they do, and practice the heck out of it. Music to my ears. Polar opposite of the last staffs approach.

Seattle always makes at least one mistake that keeps the other team in the game. In Indy they allowed a blocked FG for a TD which would have put them up 17-0 like husker07 said. I would pick Seattle over Denver. Seattle's offense is better than Denver's D. and Seattle's D matches up pretty well.

    3. True2tRA

      True2tRA

That's the way I see it. I just hope our defense can match their physicality. I think we can. Especially now that Von Miller is back. Denver and Seattle would be a great Super Bowl.

    4. iowahuskers

      iowahuskers

If Seattle can slow down the Denver passing attack Denver would be in trouble. If Denver tries to shut down a certain part of the Seahawks offense, Seattle can lean on Marshawn Lynch, they could also lean on Russell Wilson. Percy Harvin should be back in a few weeks.

  5. Geez ESPN it isn't some sort of magical secret how Indy beat Denver. Denver is without 3 starting offensive linemen, including two of the best Tackles in the league. Take three starting OL from any team and it hurts them.

Back off the ledge True. I'm kiddin around on this whole deal, and you seem to be taking it way to seriously. Yes, The Chiefs and Broncos will probably each win the home game, both make the playoffs. Chiefs out in round 1. And Broncos go to AFC champ and/or Super Bowl. I know this. But the good-natured ribbing is still fun.

I'd be curious to see what kind of character grade Winston gets from scouts. I guess I'm the rare breed who'd prefer Mariota on his team, but I'm an Eagles fan hoping we trade up

Count me in the same category dudeguyy. I'd take good teammate and a good QB over a classless asshat with possible rape charges that is also good at football. Plus, Mariota would be awesome as an Eagle.

  13. Possibility of Braylon Heard moving to DB again? I guess getting huge yardage every time you carry the ball is a bad thing? This would be a huge WTF for me. This kid belongs at RB and should have gotten a ton more carries this season.

What's with Denver's oline and defense? Is the oline really that banged up? Better get that ironed out before a couple weeks. As far as their defense goes, it's not pretty. Even the Chiefs may score 30 on em. That could be interesting.

We've got some talent on the back burner for sure it sounds like. Of course, that story sounds eerily familiar. Also, I don't think Bo is going anywhere. I don't think there's any way he gets fired or steps down. I also don't see him letting Beck go. I think Beck is Bo's biggest problem.

    3. TheSker

      TheSker

I agree about Beck. If you get a chance and want to, listen to Pelini regarding the offense in the post game and today's presser. He's gotta be careful in front of the cameras, but he ain't happy...at all...with the offense.

    4. TheSker

      TheSker

Beck has made it known he has other aspirations, so Beck being gone isn't that unrealistic.

I think that Nebraskas problem at QB can be summed up by the fact that he is our backup.

    4. Lyons in the Sea of Red.

Lyons in the Sea of Red.

Why? Because he came from a school in Nebraska?and wasn't at an elite 11 camp? Go look at how highly recruited some of the qbs in NFL rosters right now and how little some were recruited.

Funny isnt it True. All about perspective and some dont have. Funny how we happen to agree on pretty much everything pertaining to this game. I'm very pleased with the attitude Reid has brought in and the way this game started, daddy's old Chiefs woulda been ran out of the stadium, but this team understands the concept of a 60 minute process. We're just lacking that offensive juggernaut. We ned a WR. Bad.

  25. Is the Nebraska media or the Athletic Dept. to blame for not being able to hear the questions being asked in these press conferences?
