I don't think people realize this Shark. You can win championship with a mediocre QB and even RB. But if you don't have a line, you won't win sh#t.

Case in point, Nebraska the last umpteen years.

TA did not let Stave pass for over 300 yds or make our hand off run game and return games average. This team's problems do not start and end at the QB position.

What NUance said. I was swamped with bills earlier this year, seemed like I couldn't save a thing.. now I'm slowly building up my savings. My personal advice is to have an automatic transfer to a savings account setup. That way you never see the money to spend it in the first place. Indo 200 bucks a week, minimum right now.

I think everyone is supportive of the program, and most supportive of the players. This recruit is smart. He committed to the school and the program. Not the coaches. If your good enough and work hard you'll play no matter who the coach is(excluding Cavanaugh of course).

Like it or not, most recruits commit to the coach. He's the face of the program, for them. He's most likely the one that will be leading them for the duration of their time at the school. The program (including the fans) is still a huge selling point. What's dangerous is one side of that equation is dissatisfied with the other and begins to crap on them to players or recruits. We've seen too much of that the last few years and I hope that garbage goes away and never comes back.

I'm gonna stick with anxious. The guy comes from the SEC, so the atmosphere was probably comparable. The hospitality on the other hand...

Oh yes. Lived in an apartment for 6+years saving and planning our dream home. Broke ground in May and now the area is underwater- everything but our 1/2 built house. It's high and dry- just can't get to it. Had a rockin canoe party in the middle of the street trying to help our neighbors evacuate. Talk about Cajun style!

Well, that sucks. But, i firmly believe all things happen for a reason.  Something wonderful will arise.

That’s hard. How far apart? Hubby and I lived apart for the first 4-5 years and while it was difficult, it was like being on vacation when we were together. 

Last year it was about 8 hours of flying and 2 time zones. This year it's a 4 hour drive. Next year we might be back to flying unless something else pans out. It's just exhausting and we're talking about kids and whatnot.
