These kids have chosen to make their recruiting public via Twitter. He’s a public figure and it was a public post. Most of these kids appear to encourage it. He didn’t send him pictures of his wang. Get over it.8 points

Landlord is just pissy because someone probably stole his favorite jean jacket or he got a hole in a pair of his jorts.8 points

How about we all get off Hedley’s ass for posting a gif? That’s way different than tweeting at a recruit and begging them to come here.8 points

A good coach doesn't get guys to quit...they get guys to buy in. Hopefully that is what happens.3 points

Good for you, no idea why people have an adversion to adults wearing a jersey of their favorite team.3 points

No problem, kiddo. btw, if the argument for doing something is, "Well you guys can't give me good reasons NOT to do it", rather than, "Here's good reasons why it's something that should be done", it's usually not a great idea.3 points

I'll never affiliate myself with a political party, my two preferred candidates from the past election (Sanders and Kasich) aren't Democrats, and yet I still think the Republican party deserves to die for what it has become. They've created a platform that benefits no one but an incredibly select group of rich people and refuse to do anything that actually benefits our populace. The Democrats are a slimy, self-serving bunch, but at least push things forward. I don't like them. They are the only option in our current state of affairs though.3 points

So....let me get this straight. We have a president who was elected because people thought it was so cool that he makes up immature names for people. Since being elected, people love it that he has no respect for anyone. But......now his followers are going to start crying about how people who don’t agree with them talk to them????? No, trump supporters have lost all credibility in complaining about someone else’s demeanor in a discussion. They have voted in the most pathetic person imaginable in that area and think he’s great because of it.3 points

Can we please move all of the off topic stuff out of this thread?3 points

Looks like most of our staff was in to see him tonight. Don't think this kid is a consolation prize.2 points

See...you gotta understand...it is WRONG to tell a recruit that they should pick a certain school but it is totally okay to tell everyone else how to do things.2 points

This made me smile: As for the rest, I've seen her be much more polished than this. In fact it was off the cuff remarks against the candidate she was running against for Senate that really made me like her.2 points

Lost in all those BS is that Cam picked up another husk CB from a Buckeye writer. Think the TTech CB was a pure guess to see if anything sticks.2 points

I think we’ll see several guys break out and it will reinforce how ridiculously inept the prior staff was.2 points

So is saying congrats on the offer #GBR a huge no no? What about hope you make it up for a visit #GBR or you will love Lincoln #GBR. I just struggle to see how giving someone props for receiving a scholarship to your favorite school in the universe is so terrible and gets many of your britches up your asses.2 points

I apologize for posting a gif of a puppet vomitting in response to ole miss. Can any of you ever forgive me?2 points

You say this, but you NEVER KNOW when one of those fan tweets is gonna seal the deal with an elite recruit....2 points

Mitch Mconnell objects to paying the military and ensuring death benefits, "for the night". Something that Republicans proposed and was passed right away in 2013. And the Democrats are the evil ones? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3sQ0UySKYKM2 points

If that is true, then the reality is that God is continuously creating new souls, placing them in a fallen world, where it's impossible for them to make the right decisions, and where there's a 99.999% failure rate of saving them.2 points

There seem to be plenty of folks here willing to take Democrats to task, and a lot of people conceding that Hillary Clinton drove people to apathy or Trump. But again, it's that false equivalency thing. There are two sides to every story, but at the moment they're are far from equal. It's a particularly dangerous time to be screwing around with the truth.2 points

He is, all are welterweights. Spence and Crawford are/will be the class of the field and would be the best fight. Talking potential fight of the year1 point

Just line up Bud vs Errol Spence now. Forget Horn and Nate Thurmond. Spence and Crawford are the elite of the Welterweights. And Spence is just going to keep getting better and better1 point

We spend most of our time complaining about Republicans because they control all levers of the federal government right now. And they're doing their best to screw it up & hurt a lot of people. If Democrats had complete control you'd see the opposite. Don't you think Trump also pushes the interests of the elite over the little guy? He had an opportunity to craft a populist, GOOD tax bill that helped the people he promised to help. He's lazy enough that he opted to let Paul Ryan handle the details & we got his tax bill instead.1 point

Can't say I'm a fan of celebrities in political office, but I have to admit Barry Manilow's got one hell of a platform:1 point

I would consider supporting an anti corruption bi-partisan party. The laws to keep $ out of politics have been eroding for decades. We are becoming an Oligarchy. No more policies that help only mega corporations and hurt the country. If I was to create a bi-partisan party that would be the focus. Also - no more gerrymandering. The other focus would be to stop infringing on personal rights and enforcing things that don't matter or aren't harmful. a) stop the anti-gay sh#t b) stop the anti-religion-if-it's-not-Christian sh#t c) legalize marijuana d) return to pre-Trump immigration policies e) return to pre-Trump abortion policies f) return to pre-Trump environment/science policies g) as a bone to the conservatives, talk less about guns (even though Democrats haven't come close to trying to take guns away) I believe F would be fixed if the influence of $ was reduced in politics. Anti science views are born from companies that would lose $ if they don't convince the ignorant that the science is wrong. G might be fixed too. The NRA has a lot of $ - I haven't really looked into what they've done to influence politics. My fiancé gets a few gun magazines and they are very political. He's also a member of the NRA and one of the letters he got suggested who he should vote for in a local election. This fear of guns being taken is largely manufactured. That and abortion are 2 stupid issues that win the Republicans a lot of votes1 point
