23 years ago tonight was the debacle in the desert. Let’s hope we don’t have another catastrophe in Champaign tonight.

51 needs to find the bench until he can learn how to snap. 2 saved his a$$ with a one handed grab on the Wandale TD run

Meh, his blocking has gotten a lot better. He did a decent job against OSU last week from what I remember. The snaps though, it's not that hard to get right. I think he's just trying to get it back there too fast. It's more a finesse movement than a power movement. The speed comes from being smooth.
I'm surprised we haven't tried dead ball snaps yet.

A video ad on mobile that covers 20% of my screen. Awesome

Am I the only one that just realized the LSU/Clemson game in next Monday night, not tonight?
I guess 9 days off wasn't enough to travel all the way to <checks notes> New Orleans.

Anyone else getting ads for Moms Get Naughy? Or just me?

Anyone have Sonos speakers? I am thinking of getting a few of their microphone-less ones (One SL) if there are any Black Friday deals.

Boise had 400 yards rushing yesterday...
And 418 yards passing.
Randy Edsall’s 2nd stint at UConn not going well.

Can Badger fans drink Provo dry this weekend?

College football makes no damn sense. Bucky beats NU by 17. NU beats Goldy by 25. Goldy is up on Bucky by 16 in the 4Q.

@ZRod no, but OTOH, the team that went to Ann Arbor wasn't the one that played at Columbus, at least from a mental standpoint.
Or were you trying to turn this thread into a referendum on firing Chinander because of how much we gave up to Michigan? If so, I'm sorry, I've been mostly away the past week or so and I'm not exactly sure where everyone's personal agendas lie now.

Despite the whole UT thing, Austin, Texas is a great place to visit.

Fighting Pelini’s finished their season at 4-6.

Found out that the high school neighbor girl who babysits our kids was one of the dancers in JT's halftime performance. That's pretty cool...

FYI - The b-ball game is streaming on the Fox Sports Go App. So if you have a participating cable provider, you can watch in on that while you have to "work" this afternoon.

Get fired by Texas Tech, end up as HC of the Arizona Cardinals.

@huKSerUSC already looks stupid, 1 for losing their new OC in less than a month and 2nd for the way Swann handled the whole thing by blocking interviews like a scorned ex gf.
-
This is an epic case of failing upward.
Agree with @HuskerInLostWages, terrible look for USC. Nothing like advertising, "Successful coaches need not apply."

Good thing about having a historically crappy basketball program is that we are not caught up in this paying players scandal, as it seems every blue blood program is in the latest yahoo story.

Guys--this is the FBI looking into this s**t, not the NCAA. Last time I checked PMITA prison isn't something the NCAA can hand down as punishment, and people are already singing to them. This is gonna get big, it's gonna take big names (like Izzo) down, and we're probably gonna see a lot of the top tier talent immediately up and leave NCAA Basketball overnight for the the pros.
The upside to all this is that since our guys weren't projected to be top-tier NBA talent just yet, none of them have been on the dole. This means when Michigan State, Ohio State, Michigan, and/or Purdue lose their talent, we'll be projected to be one of the top teams in the B1G next season!
-
@VectorVictor, I know the FBI is investigating but the NCAA will react to it and deal with the schools listed in the report. Judging the list of schools and names involved, the NCAA won't do much.
Why are you lumping in Ohio State, Michigan, and Purdue in this. I haven't seen any of those schools or coaches implicated. If this were football, I would be a little more worried for schools like OSU and Michigan.

Harbaugh to the NFL?
