One thing they did was to make it easier for the ipad to talk to your computer over your wireless network. kinda eliminates the need for more memory. plus everything is moving to cloud computing anyway.

Yeah . . . that's why I asked. I stream just about everything now. I've only used 17% of the memory in my 3 year old laptop.
