8PM for me, NOOOOOO I finally get the kids to bed and I can catch up on the days happenings.  Why not push it to 10PM PST for us West Coasters.  We all know @Mavric is a robot and doesn't sleep anyways.

Stealth bomber flies over inverted followed by 3 F-16's doing monkey rolls topped off by an old bi-wing Sopwith Camel with wing walker who sky dives with a banner that say "welcome back Scott". Not enough IMO.

  7. Comcast is such a bunch of scum bags. My "promotion" expired in June so now they've been raising my bill $10 every month. Combined with constant calls while I'm at work to upgrade, that started in April. At least one guy had the decency to tell me I had the best plan I could get before it "expired".

@suh_fan93 thanks for the heads up. I'm pretty sure this promo wasn't a contract. It was specifically month to month and 12 months with the discount, but I'll keep an eye out. I do use Hulu live, it was just too good to pass up internet, basic cable (which I don't even use), and HBOGO for under 40 bucks a month.

    3. suh_fan93

      suh_fan93

Yeah it's funny but I didn't think it was considered a contract either!  I even told the woman at Comcast that I didn't sign anything but she simply said after I cancelled and had a bill in the mail of course that since I agreed to the promotion which was a year long promotion and cancelled before the promotion was over then I would have to pay a penalty.  Ridiculous!

It was like mid 70s here and 90% humidity with no wind. It kind of sucked. It was conveniently cloudy until just after the 2 mile marker when a slight incline began. I was baking for a few minutes and had walk a little so I didn't die...

On the painting topic, I recommend getting an 18 inch wide roller with a 1.5 inch wool nap. It will make painting about as easy as you can make it without using a sprayer! Sprayers are also great, but a big investment usually.

On the massaging topic, I love foam rolling! When I don't do it for a while my legs and hips get so tight. I usually look up videos online for pointers.

We saw Anthony speak in Omaha a few years ago. Still one of the more fun evenings I've spent in the past several years.

Shocking to see him go. We just lost a friend to suicide about six weeks ago. Never saw it coming, and sounds like Anthony's friends/family didn't see this coming, either.

It doesn't, but that's not really relevant. There's no need to explain any content like that, unless you're committing a crime. There's no evidence of him doing that in this scenario as of right now.

We lived in a tiny town in northwest Missouri and for the girls, softball WAS our summer! It was the same for the boys. Both my parents coached teams and my dad was an umpire almost any time they needed him. (God rest his soul.  I didn't care for it when he was the ump though because I was a terrible hitter.  He would always say, 'You run like a damn girl!'  Newsflash Dad!  I AM a girl! LOL)   My husband was born/raised here in Omaha and he said he couldn't remember a time when they didn't have pick up games of baseball.  We both love that movie!  What is your favorite part?  Mine is when the kid with the glasses finally gets to kiss the lifeguard!  HILARIOUS!!  That part cracks me up every time I watch it!

I mean, I don't care which end of the day gets more sun. I'll deal with it. My biggest gripe is adjusting to this nonsense, and having to go through all the negatives of dark mornings and blinding sunrises/sets all over again.

At least the sun hardly shines in Michigan. Never thought I would say that...

    3. Moiraine

      Moiraine

Yes I hate it. I don't know what it is but waking up to darkness is awful. I don't care if it's pitch black when I get off work. I actually find it relaxing to drive in the dark. And I can hang out in the sunlight on weekends.

We always buy it when we go on cruises.  Yes, the medical coverage is helpful, but for cruises it also protects you if you miss the ship due to flight delays/weather.  I think that we have always used insuremytrip.com to find the best price/coverage.

  22. Been contemplating buying a camera for awhile. Any recoomendations for a first time buy. I want something capable, but not for the crazy prices I've seen. Something that could handle night photography too.

I've always wanted to get into photography, I used to be a good artist in high school and can still draw a bit. I'm going to Europe for the first time in a few months and thought it would be good to have a camera there.
