I think Bo and the other coaches will hit the recruiting trail hard the next few weeks and try to lasso the last 7 or 8 kids into the fold. Hoping for everyones sake the bowl game goes well and we can have something positive to chew on this winter.

I haven't really believed that we had the depth or talent to compete with most top 10 programs.I think we have top shelf talent now based on what I saw this year (with a lot of injuries) and what our healthy starters are capable of. We just need the coaching to increase in skill as our talent did.

@accountability. Actually it was. Iowa was up 24-10 going into the 4th quarter. Enunwa scored and cut it to 7 but then NU let's Iowa score twice in a row and we can't find a way to respond. We still lost by 21 points. We end up having our lowest regular season win total since 2008 and lost three games at home for the first time since 2007 under Callahan. Again some Husker fans definitely have short term memory.

I liked us in every game this year ... when we hold onto the ball. We let UCLA get away from us but other then that we had every game except those damn turnovers.

Michigan doesn't have the runningbacks Wiscy does. I think MICH struggles this year with their pro-style offense. They will be in better shape to do better things next year.

For a while I thought it was overhyped but I'm starting to think people dont really realize what speed is capable of. Ill just say that last year none of our linebackers would've stopped Alonzo or Jamal on a few of the routes that honestly looked like they were touchdowns for sure. The recovery speed is the biggest aspect IMO.
