I have a friend that got his kid a Honda 110 that is a 3 speed, no clutch.  He still shifts but it is a "power shift".  They are going to upgrade to a 125 with clutch and all.

I had a yz250 growing up and learned to shift after I got decent at riding.  I kinda want my kid to be the same but its his choice I guess as he is buying it. 

I think it's an excellent way to get people riding, not as easy as the true auto Honda's but more low end for sure. The only issue I could see is out growing it quickly and being ready to move on to a clutched bike .

That is what they are going through.  The bike is only a year old and he got to advanced for it.

Congrats to Ben.  I always thought he was the best player of the Cotton brothers.  College coaches can make a ton of $ and it can be fun coaching a game, but the long hours and nomadic lifestyle has to be hard on their families.

New thing learned today: Duke Cannon Soap.

I'm not sure the brand but I have a cedarwood scented bar of soap that does not seem to be getting an smaller and I've been using it for about a month and a half.  Smells great.

Trust me...Dad will be at EVERY SINGLE PRACTICE.

if he has a minor league career, that could be interesting.

I really wish I could get over my disdain for Texas since we moved conferences, but I can't.  Way to go Terps!!! 

It would be fun to see some NU/Okla games on BTN instead of the same 3 or 4 they show now. Could possibly lead to OU doing some more investigating into the BIG. I guess we'll see.

^Its actually the other way around (at least in the B1G). The conference schools own the network. Although Fox now owns 51% of the network, it started as wholly owned by the schools. So Nebraska currently owns some portion of that 49% of the network.

At the time, maybe not Martinez, but probably better than Gebbia.

You could argue that Martinez was better than Burrows last year (obviously that's changed significantly this year).

It is amazing what solid coaching and play calling can do for a player.

Also, I don't remember him really being open to transferring to Nebraska. I think Frost had a quote about it as well...something along the lines, "You think he is better than what we got?". I do know that Cincinnati was in play. 

If Burrow doesn't get hurt at OSU and goes in the Michigan game instead of Haskins his sophomore year, I think Burrow would still be OSU's QB.  What a crazy sequence of events that has lead us to this point. 

My brother and I both made an audible, "Holy $%$#" when we saw the news yesterday.  Terrible news.  Prayers to all that were affected by the tragedy.

He just knows what they are going to run by using motion, reading the defense, and audibling. The guy did it for years, its not a big secret if you know football and study tape. What blows me away is how KC couldnt figure it out.

It seems like he's actually toned down calling out the plays pre-snap this season.

Conference Championships are kind of a joke. Look at the PAC12, ACC, and BIG10 championship games...

Georgia played Bama tougher than any other team. I’m happy they won’t both be in the playoffs, but Georgia doesn’t seem overrated.

That's a hellava pickup indeed.  Those poor Dakota schools are in for a bit of a rough patch.

Im not an emotional person at all.  In the 20 years my wife and I have been together, I have shed a tear three times.  Once at my moms funeral, at Grandpa's funeral and yesterday. I didnt think I would get emotional but once he gave me a hug during the flower ceremony, it hit me.

Are they local? How did you find out about them?

@Stumpy1 In college, any part of the body for either wrestler is in-bounds. For HS, it has to be body parts that are carrying one of the wrestlers body weight.

What you described would be in-bounds for college but out for HS.

Its that way in HS also.  You can score a takedown and backpoints if the opponent is OB but you still have 2 anchor points in bounds.  The rules changed last year.  

Right now. I will have to read through the new rules.
