  1. Look I get that Bloomberg sucks but if he's the nominee he's the nominee and hate to break it to you he is far better than Trump. He may be s#!t but Trump will literally dismantle the constitution to stay in power indefinitely. Thats not a joke, he will work hard to dismantle presidential term limits and find a way to set up a monarchy for his family. Bloomberg will not do that. Trump is an immediate threat to the American way. Bloomberg is not the threat Trump is plain and simple. If you don't want him to win then do your part to beat him in the primary but I think the he's just as bad as Trump schtick is complete BS. Edit: also, what's with the defeatist attitude? Sanders is leading, why would you say he probably won't win? This is that crap I'm tired of from everyone who isn't a Trump supporter. Have some confidence! The numbers back your guy I don't care about the 'fix'. Worry about that when it actually happens. Trumps numbers are honestly kinda terrible for an incumbent and his supporters are screeching landslide victory 10 months out. They are confident. We need to combat that confidence with equal confidence backed by action. I don't understand why people just give in to the idea Trump will win or Sanders will lose the nomination all of that? Why? What actual facts are people basing this on? Because when you look at the data it tells a different story. Why don't we fight back and say no this is what's going to happen and we have the people on our side? Stop moping about losing before you've even lost.

  3. with barr in charge of the DOJ.....i can almost assure you that sometime between the primaries and before the election there will be an announcement of an investigation into the dem nominee or maybe even some charges brought against them. won't matter who it is. FWIW...I agree that Klobuchar is a solid candidate. i would be happy to vote for her right now

  5. I'm not disagreeing with you but Trump will certainly find a way to attack Klobuchar if she became his opponent. It's all he knows and he will look for any angle and latch on. I don't think we should worry about that part of it. That said Klobuchar is a solid candidate

  8. i was half joking when i said that....but....from his wikipedia page In 2010, Tuberville was named as a co-defendant along with John David Stroud in a lawsuit brought against TS Capital LLC.[32] The lawsuit was filed by investors and alleged that Tuberville and Stroud co-managed a hedge fund that defrauded investors of U.S. $1.7 million. Stroud was found guilty in August 2013 of securities fraud, ordered to pay $2.1 million in restitution and serve 10 years in jail. The lawsuit against Tuberville was settled on October 10, 2013 but terms were not disclosed.[33]

  9. I mean idk how much right wing propaganda had to do with it. Every time the guy opened his mouth more and more people were turned off. He has told more people NOT to vote for him than I can count. He has called a voter fat. He has called a voter a lying dog faced pony soldier. His why why why why why breakdown with the reporter. There are so many more things that can be the cause of his downfall than right wing propaganda.

  13. Amen. I think Weld getting 12k votes in NH can be telling. Trump just needs to lose a relatively few votes in Wisc, Mi, Penn, Fl or lose this election. It was a 'perfect storm' that enable to pull it off in 2016 - terrible Hillary, Russian interference, dumb down electorate and we get trump.

  15. Best case would be a miracle frankly so less than a 10% chance imo. Worst case will be about like we been seeing at 5-7 imo at about 10% too. Most likely at 7-5 or 8-4 plus a win in a mid level bowl. 9 wins is about 50% shot ! after the last 6 seasons that will be welcome big time and jump start the Frost program at long last!

  16. I cant believe this is what our country has come to. We are so desperate to get rid of this president that we are willing to throw away democracy for another terrible human in Mike Bloomberg. Thank god some of his record and old videos are starting to emerge now that's hes rising. Its worse than even I imagined. The guy is a s#!t human being and should not be anywhere near the white house. And it doesn't matter how much s#!ttier Trump is. That's my point, we are trading in a terrible human being for a little less terrible human being. If Bloomberg wins the nomination, democracy dies whether Trump wins or loses against him.

  23. Nothing is more of a joke than college football scheduling. Let me ask my 2 year old if he wants to attend Neb vs. Ok St. when hes a senior in high school. Why does college basketball put together in the offseason and football needs 15 years to prep a schedule? The Olympics dont even get that much of heads up.

  26. Before my dad moved to Omaha, we traveled to the games separately & I always parked near the baseball field. The lot doesn't appear to have a number, but you would come in off Sun Valley Blvd. The lot is actually near the Breslow Ice Center. It's about a 5 minute walk (assuming your 10 year old walks about the same speed as my 75 year old dad).

  28. To be fair it looked like a terrible call, although the video glitches right at the moment the ball is about to reach the receiver. But from the looks of it, it was a terrible call in the biggest moment of the season for Youngstown. I really dont see a problem with what Bo did, although i didnt hear the exact words Bo used. If Frost reacted that same way in that situation, we would be backing Frost for his passion and sticking up for his team. I'm not saying i would want Bo as my head coach, but it has nothing to do with his sideline demeanor, for me anyway. This argument never ends...some like him, some dont, as with any head coach. Bo is what he is. He is a bit of a maniac, and doesn't always do the right thing........he is also a passionate guy that fights for his team, and as Tom Osborne said, Bo is himself, what you see is what you get. Which some people, like Tom, happen to respect as it is not as common as you would think.

  30. Joe Rogan makes about 10 Million a year, with majority coming from podcasting. Very lucrative indeed if he goes that route. Personally, I hope, that if a Dem wins, Yang will find a cabinet spot or work closely with the Secretary of Commerce to help shape ideas where automation is coming more commonplace in today's world.

  42. The thing is law enforcement is a part of the system and that includes the police on the streets. It does not mean you or anyone else is racist, but the fact of the matter is police stop, search, arrest and shoot people of color at a disproportionate rate. Some of these things happen when white counterparts behave in the same way societally. You seem to think every other part of the system is racist but law enforcement isn't a part of that problem. I think that is an equally B.S. narrative. Just because you or your colleagues aren't racist doesn't mean that law enforcement is not also a part of the problem. There is discrimination at every level. Your definition of very respectable and mine are a bit different. FSI is known to have never not sided with the police in any matter. There have been questions about the reliability of the information they present.

  43. My argument has and always will be that since I'm a police officer and the "system" is racist I automatically get labeled with a broad brush as part of the problem and a racist. It irks me equally as much that I get painted with that broad term and I'll fight like hell to argue against that. I've seen several of my African-American brothers in blue be called "Uncle Tom" and a "trader" all because they chose to do something with their lives and not let the "system" beat them. So who's the racist in that situation? And we're talking about guys and gals that grew up in bad areas as well and made a choice to do something with their lives. I never argued that the courts aren't racist or the system as a whole may be racist. I'm being very specific with my issue and that's labeling the police on the street as racist. Don't use the term law enforcement so loosely then. Be specific with where your blame lies. When a certain presidential candidate, Bernie Sanders, literally says, "Be respectful with the police so you don't get shot in the back of the head" that is only aimed at the patrol officer on the street and continuing to push a B.S. narrative that is something that happens everyday in America because it simply isn't true. And Biden's done it, and Warren's done it as well. Are there examples out there? Sure there are, but there are statistics out there that state on a daily basis 99.9% of interactions with law enforcement end well and safely and that's part of the FBI national study on this very topic. Here is another article that maybe gives better cites than the last one. Force Science Institute is a VERY respectable institution. https://www.forcescience.org/2019/08/researchers-find-no-racial-disparity-in-police-deadly-forceand-thats-just-the-beginning/
