Overall I'd say thumbs up. The issues are frustrating, but they do usually get corrected. I mainly watch ESPN, AMC and the two History channels. Never had a problem with either of the History channels. If they added BTN, it'd be even better.

Sling is worthless for live events that get a lot of viewers. Their servers can't handle it at all.

Watching Connor cook today look very pedestrian under pressure was interesting. Imagine our dline by then. Gangwish, valentine, maliek, williams, and Freedom. Throw in how McMullen seems to have gotten his head on right. Its intriging. You see what valentines presence alone does.

Be sure to sear the meat after cooking sous vide, which you probably are, but I know a couple people who weren't. Also, the texture/moisture varies greatly depending on cooking time and temp. Chef Steps website talks about the time/temp for a lot of meats and how they turn out as far as texture and moisture. And just to make you hungry:

You're so lucky you have a machine! I love those sous vide egg bites with bacon from Starbucks! Have you tried eggs yet?

I have not done eggs. I haven't been proactive in finding recipes since using the sous vide is so time-consuming.

Eh- some fun songs like Callin Baton Rouge, Beaches of Cheyenne, Much Too Young (actually really good) but nothing like George.  I'm still finding songs from him that I've never heard of but instantly love.

On game day, Barry's is a blast.  I have not been there during a regular non-game time.

I have never had a good experience in Barry's. 

Wondering if you're surrounded by minors at a bar doesn't sound like a blast to me.
