I prefer to watch bears from a distance without disturbing them https://explore.org/livecams/bears/brown-bear-salmon-cam-brooks-falls.  I spent a workday watching them catch salmon and decided that it's not easy being a bear.

@4skers89 it's the same story. I don't remember which place I read that they were treating the bear, but I'm guessing the one I saw was wrong.

I wear gray shorts with my Husker shirts all the time, too.  I don't know why it would be goofy.  Better than wearing jorts.

Thank you all for the awesome support. She opted out from ringing the bell after her last treatment because she didn’t want to depress all of the other folks going through their treatment especially those who are just starting their battle to fight this awful disease.

I have the Iphone 4s. Its built solid but I don't care for it compared to the functions of my old blackberry. Only good thing is sharing apps between the ipad and the kid's ipod touches. That being said...i'll do the Galaxy 5 when it comes out.

Two facts - one, their schedule wasn't good. Two - they didn't look very good winning. There's no true dominant team in college football this year and Alabama probably looks "the best." Iowa was one of the worst Top 10 teams.

Iowa's schedule was terrible but I don't blame them for their opponents sucking.

Wofford, Appalachian State, South Carolina, Akron, Tulsa, Middle Tennessee State, Louisiana-Monroe, Charleston Southern, Western Michigan, Air Force, Central Michigan

Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Oregon

Those are the Non-Conference teams played by the 4 playoff teams. Pretty much on par with Iowa’s. One decent Top 30 team and a bunch of schedule filler (South Carolina is the Iowa State of the SEC this year)

It's college football. Why not rep your team at another priemer event? Memorial Stadium is on any college fan's bucket list. People will probably strike up a conversation with you about it.

If I were going to a game at another stadium, I am most likely gonna wear a random shirt. I don't need to be "Husker fan" 100% of the time.

Have worked two jobs consistently since high school. Currently full time, part time, and graduate school.

I never got the RRoD on any of the 360's, the damn drive went out on it every time ruining a game disk each time it happened.

I totally agree @ladyhawke. It amuses me when people get upset everytime JP talks as if he’s wrong when he’s actually right. Nebraska as a Football program has been soft far too long.

My wife took the lights off our pre-lit fake tree.  There were sections that had gone out, and it was a pain in the ass to figure out the cause, so we just throw on our own lights.  it works so much better.
